The worst dentist office I ever been to. If you are of dark complexion or African American descent do not go here they treat you like dogs here. Some of their dentists are very unprofessional. They didn't even do my cleaning that they were supposed to do because I was complaining about how I was being treated

First time here and I wasn't pleased. The doctor didn't take my concerns seriously. First thing she said was about insurance not covering, without asking me. The cleaning was really poor—felt like my teeth were never cleaned. Don't think I'll go back.

He warned me about pain afterward, but two days later, nothing but slight irritation. I'm usually skeptical about new dentists, but everything worked out. As I left, everyone thanked me. I came to your dental clinic for a teeth cleaning. Since I wear invisalign, I needed a very detailed and thorough cleaning. I was shocked by what I saw afterwards — unfortunately, I noticed it only when I was at home, not right at the clinic. When I looked closely, I saw that the areas between my teeth and the back surfaces of my teeth were still dark and covered with plaque. Is this considered normal practice at your dental office? What should a patient do to ensure that the cleaning is done thoroughly? Thank you.
