Went in for a routine cleaning in Naperville with my 2-year-old for his first visit. Dr. Mach was great with my son! There was some insurance mix-up—told it was in-network but it wasn't—and I got a high bill. The office technician apologized, talked to the doctors, and resolved it quickly. Our whole family has been going to Dr. Primiano and Dr. Mach for years. We can't say enough great things about them. They take the fear out of going to the dentist. They are great for adults and children who get anxious about going to the dentist. They are honest and will not do unnecessary work. Excellent dental practice!
Dr. Primiano and Dr. Diane Mach replaced a crown that has been bothering me for years. It has made a dramatic difference in my life. I was not closing properly. Dr Mach took the time to properly take several impressions that would correct my bite. Thank you Dr. Mach for not only do a wonderful job replacing my crown but taking the time to hand make a temporary crown. She took time to diagnose a unique problem that I was not aware of, I did not know that my broken crown (done by another dentist) was caused by an improper bite. I also appreciated the music and kindness of the staff. Dr Primiano did a wonderful job removing my old crown.
