Very disappointed in how they handled a missed appointment on the day my old man died. I've missed appointments before and had no problem paying the fee, but this time I couldn't cancel my daughter's appointments because my dad was on life support and passed away that day. When I got the bill, I left a voicemail asking if they could make an exception. I got a text the next day that said they were sorry but basically no exception. Really hurtful.

Home for Christmas from Arizona, and a crown popped off while flossing late Friday night. Left a voicemail at Dr. Steele's office at 10:30 PM—within half an hour, Dr. Nathan texted me saying he could see me at 7:45 AM Saturday. Talk about emergency dental service! He re-affixed my crown, and I was super pleased. Would recommend for sure!

Exceptional experience! Tanya at the front desk is friendly and quick to respond. No long wait. Hygienist Jeanine is knowledgeable and explains everything. Dr. Steele is thorough and doesn't push unnecessary procedures. He even took extra x-rays without charging extra—rare to find. My whole family, including elderly parents, sees him now in Bridgewater for their dental needs.

I had a filling that needed to be redone. I neglected to get it taken care of. Nobody shamed me for the delay. Dr. Steele and his assistant fixed it up, it was painless. So glad I did it! Everyone in the office is pleasant and the hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth.

I am currently wearing “Sure Smile” aligners to correct my smile. Dr. Steele has been taking good care of me throughout the entire process. He sees me as often as needed. Very satisfied with Dr. Steele and his entire staff. Dr. Steele is an excellent dentist and runs a highly efficient practice. My appointments have always been honored, and I have never been left waiting past my scheduled time. My hygienist, Janine, was thorough, gentle, and very friendly. I have been going to Dr. Steele for several years and have never had a bad experience there. I highly recommend Dr. Steele ‘s practice to anyone looking for a wonderful dentist in the Bridgewater area.
Dr Steele and his entire staff are a great caring considerate group. If you want a excellent dentist but also a dentist the actually cares then Dr. Steele and his staff is the dentist office you want to go to. My nine year old daughter had to get a cavity filled on our last visit. Not only did they make it safe for her but he explained everything that he was doing to ease her mind. I appreciated everything him and his assistant did from making it fun to holding her hand. Again, great office excellent dentist wonderful staff. Take this from a person the never leaves reviews.

I have Been going to Dr. Steele for quite some time now and he has never disappointed! His staff is amazing! I just took my boys there for the first time and they loved it. My twins are 4 and they were a little nervous, the hygienist took her time and showed them everything what she was going to be using and doing to them. They were so excited and not scared to get their cleaning after her showing them! I highly Recommend Dr. Steele to anyone!

My entire experience with Dr. Steele and his staff has been nothing but positive. Bonnie at the front desk is so friendly and always smiling. Autumn, the hygienist, did my cleaning and she was absolutely awesome. Dr. Steele is one of the first dentists I’ve had to explain in detail what was going on. He is kind, efficient and truly qualified. I’m recommending this office to all my family and friends!
I have never been a big fan of dentist until I found Dr. Nathan Steele a couple of years ago.. He changed my view of dentist for good.. He is by far the best dentist I've been to! Dr. Steele is very gentle and professional! The whole staff is also super friendly and they make you feel comfortable during your whole visit! Very clean office and nicely organized. After you checked in, they take you right in.. Never wasting time in the waiting room when I see Dr. Steele.. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends
Dr Steele is the best!! It is actually a pleasant experience to go to the dentist now. This is a small practice and it shows best in their attentiveness to their patients. I've never had a problem making an appointment for a check up and if there are any issues I've been scheduled quickly for follow ups. I've never had to sit in the waiting room for longer than maybe 2 minutes before being brought back.
The hygienists are very friendly and gentle. Even after several years of neglecting my teeth, they made sure I was comfortable and pain free when I got my deep cleaning.
Finally, and most importantly, Dr Steele cares. I had oral surgery last year (from a different doctor elsewhere whom I did not like), and Dr Steele took the time to check my concerns and fix any remaining problems immediately. This was above and beyond his obligations to me as a patient, but one of the many reasons I will continue to go back to him.
