This office is absolutely amazing. Dr. Nguyen and his staff are so professional, thorough, and have the best attitudes. So glad I found this place for my dad in Atlanta—it was in his network. He needed extensive dental work, and they did a superb job with his crowns and cavities. He had zero sensitivity or discomfort during or after. They've got state-of-the-art equipment that lets them handle everything in-house, even printed his porcelain crowns right there. Honestly, couldn't be happier.

I love the dentist and I love that his practice is private and not corporate. Since my last visit, however, the entire staff seems to have changes and I’m not being billed for services covered by my insurance. I contacted billing to try and make sense of it, and the office TEXTED me responses, each with a different amount due and a different reason for the shortage, some dating back to last year that I’m just now being told about!. Short answer: it seems there are new people, software, and shady billing practices. Had a cleaning today which was fine, but the hygienist insisted I had cavities, and said my enamel was crumbling and asked if I didn’t use fluoride toothpaste or grew up in an area without fluoride?!? Dentist said my teeth and gums were great as usual. Very strange.

I had been a patient for multiple years and was happy with the practice but sadly today was a terrible experience. My dental hygienist had left the practice and the office had not communicated that to me until I was sitting there waiting and called by a stranger. I also informed them that it might be my last visit bc of change in my employment in the next few weeks. Sadly Dr. Nguyen did not even come to say goodbye after 5+ years. Also I had recently completed a test and they called me while out of the country to discuss the results but I said I would do it when I got back and there was no discussion. The new hygienist was very green and did an okay but not great job.
