BEST DENTIST OFFICE ON PLANET EARTH!!!! The staff was amazing! Ms. Krystal, Ms. Nigina, Dr. Nidal, and everyone from the front desk to the billing office were just incredible. I made an appointment for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and was welcomed right away. The registration was easy, everyone was so sweet and kind, and I was literally in and out in less than an hour! Dr. Sidal was thorough and explained every step. Worst dental experience ever. I saw the good reviews on Google so I decided to give it a try. The message system kept texting me to fill out forms even after I did it once. Then at the office I had to fill out the same physical forms again. They also changed my appointment twice. I came early but waited almost two hours. The front desk didn't even know I was waiting, but she was the one who told me to fill out forms! The dentist was nice but only saw me for 10 minutes.

If i could leave no stars I would. My dentist is located 2 hours away so I found new leaf and decided to see how good they were. Let’s just say they care more about there payment then your care and also charge cash or card for stuff your insurance pays for. Was told an authorization takes to long and if I pay cash I can get done there and then. Then was told I needed so much more work done just to end in implants meanwhile I went to my regular dentist and all I needed was a crown. This place is a pocket guzzler and they just want the money they don’t care about there patients. The only good thing I have to say is the front desk and hygienist are amazing !
