Not happy at all with the service here in Staten Island. I've got a chipped tooth and asked the dentist to fix it multiple times, but he kept refusing. The office never reaches out either, so it's been frustrating trying to get help.
We're sorry to hear about your experience with your chipped tooth in Staten Island. We'll look into our follow-up process to improve communication. Please contact No Tears Dental directly so we can address this.
Had a consultation with Dr. K at this Staten Island clinic, and wow, he really knows his stuff. Super professional guidance and the staff was just as great. Honestly, if you're looking for a dentist in NY who actually cares, this is the place.

Honestly, I was pretty nervous about getting a tooth pulled, but Dr. K at No Tears Dental in Staten Island made it completely painless. He's got serious expertise and walked me through everything, even talked about dental implants for the future. The whole staff was amazing too—couldn't be happier with the care I got here in NY.

Our family's experience at this Staten Island office was really positive. The place is clean and calm, which helped a lot when my 13-year-old had a dental emergency from a bad root canal elsewhere. Dr. Kiselev saved the tooth, and my own dental implant went smoothly too. The front desk was awesome with insurance—explained everything clearly and got things approved, even for implants.
Thank you! We're glad we could help with your family's emergency dental care and implant in Staten Island. It means a lot that our team made the insurance process clear. See you next time at No Tears Dental.
After a colleague recommended Dr. Konstantin, I've been going to No Tears Dental for three years now. My chewing teeth needed serious work, and we ended up getting several crowns and a root canal done. Really appreciate his attention to detail and how responsible he is—definitely a solid dentist in Staten Island.
Thanks for sticking with us for three years! We're happy to hear our crown and root canal work in Staten Island has been reliable. Looking forward to your next visit at No Tears Dental.
Dr. & front desk are amazing ,professional, kind ,I been going there me and my family for the past 15 years and now I drive to the office 2 hours away from my home cuz I didn't find any other dentist that care like this Dr. Thank you, guys, and God bless you all .
Thank you John!
Always happy to see you!
The office is clean. The receptionist is sweet. I have anxiety and I was shaking and Dr. K was so nice and gentle. I had 2 root canals done.
Everybody there is so sweet and understanding, especially the doctor he is very gentle and accommodating. Dr Konstantine makes it a comforting experience, he’s truly the best! A honorable mention, they seriously do great work!!
Dr. K is hands-down the best dentist I've ever been to in Staten Island. Went in for a root canal today and it didn't hurt at all—he's so gentle and gets how scary dental visits can be. Seriously, I'm not afraid of the dentist anymore because of him. Only going to him from now on.
Thanks! We're thrilled Dr. K could make your root canal in Staten Island comfortable and ease your anxiety. Hope to see you back soon at No Tears Dental.
Love coming to this office in Staten Island—it's always clean, quiet, and there's never any wait. Everything's digital and done in one spot, which is super convenient. Dr. K uses the latest tech, so things are quick and painless; I even got a dental implant placed during my lunch break. Keep it up!

Dr. K is an excellent dentist. He took me as an emergency and saved me. Cleared up my toothache and worked on a second tooth. I highly recommend him. A caring person as well.
Visited today in Staten Island and got exactly what I needed: a good teeth cleaning. The dentist knew what he was doing, though I'll admit it was a bit rough since I haven't been taking care of my teeth. Only giving 4 stars because the suction hurt my tongue a couple times, but overall, great dentist and clean room. Teeth feel awesome now!
Thanks for your feedback on your teeth cleaning in Staten Island. We'll check our suction technique to avoid discomfort. Glad you're happy overall—hope to see you again at No Tears Dental.
Saw a 1 star review from someone else and had to write a review of my own. A year or two back I was in immense pain randomly from a tooth. I called every dentist I could on Staten Island to get an appointment and was told the earliest all of them could see me was 3-4 months from when I called. I explained how much pain I was in and not one of them cared. I called this office last, was given an appointment a month or so later. Upon explaining that I was in immense pain, they told me “okay come in now”. They moved stuff around to fix my issue that very same day. This office, it’s practitioner, as well as the front desk, are probably one of the best on the island. It’s very unlikely that I’ll be choosing another dentist over this man.
Big thanks to Dr. K and the front desk at this Staten Island clinic. The treatment plan was fast and painless, and she really helped sort out my insurance—got everything approved, even for dental implants. No games, just clear steps and charges from the start. She even called after appointments to check on me. My whole family feels comfortable here.
Thank you! We're happy our team in Staten Island could make the insurance and implant process smooth for you. Glad your family feels at home with us at No Tears Dental.
The worst dental experience I have ever had. I scheduled an annual visit/cleaning for myself and my 5 year old. The receptionist was off-putting, never once making eye contact, asked for the insurance cards and handed me a form for my child. The dentist never introduced himself, just told my child he can sit down. And asked me "what are we doing here today?" I explained this was his 1st dental visit and he has a tooth that has become a little loose. He shrugs says "that's normal", checks his tooth and says "we can take it out today." I refused, he said "well then let's do some x-rays, but I'm not sure they'll fit." I was confused because they claim they do pediatric dentistry. When asking a question he seemed like he didn't want to answer. Even though he didn't volunteer any information about what he was doing. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the services we received.
All you say sounds like one big misunderstanding.
I never claimed myself as a pediatric dentist, I just see children like any other general dentist.
Insurance companies call me almost everyday asking to see their patients, probably because pediatrics don’t except many insurances anymore. Same thing happens with root canals and extractions. I would not be surprised if they called me an endodontist or even an oral surgeon when referring patients to me.)) And you knew that, since you came from the opposite side of the island as the other patients come to my office from all of the boroughs and even other states, seeking for help.
Furthermore, I would never ask «what are you doing HERE today?» I ask «What are we doing today?» trying to find out the reason of your appointment. Don’t you think it is not the same..?
Also, when I say «that’s normal» , it only means it is appropriate for pt’s age to have a loose tooth. Same thing with the X-Rays, which absolutely may «not fit», especially when it is a first dental visit and child does not know what to expect and simply refuses to open his mouth. Eventually we found the way how to do it and your child seemed to be very happy that I didn’t hurt him at all.
I may forget to introduce myself, especially when it gets busy. In this case, almost every wall of my office has my name on it. It is also written on my uniform. Also, there is nothing wrong to simply ask for Dr’s name.
« No eye contact with front desk», insurance card etc...is it really «worst dental experience», seriously..?
Dr. K is an excellent dentist. All my family members have been patients for the past 10 years. Dental policies and coverages are tricky and limited nowadays, and unbelievably huge when it comes to prices. Dr K always finds solution and reasonable price for whatever is not covered by insurance. Honest, loyal, clean, reliable, reasonable and responsible - he has all qualities that real doctor should have.
Was happy to discover this professional 10 years ago. After many unfortunate experiences, I am able to relax while sitting in his chair knowing that he will only do what really needs to be done and it will be done on the professional level. With his suggestions and preventative care methods, my teeth are in great condition.
He constantly educates himself and using upscale tools and supplies to make his clients happy. Office is very clean and there is almost no waiting time, doctor is never in the rush, and able to find a last minute appointment to fix emergencies. I wish all medical professionals would have these manners.
The name No Tears Dental really fits! Dr. Kiselev in Staten Island totally changed my view on dentists—he's professional and puts you at ease. No waiting, and he explains everything clearly. I've had a couple root canals here, and they were completely painless. Definitely recommend him if you're in NY.
Thanks for the recommendation! We're proud that Dr. Kiselev could make your root canals in Staten Island painless and clear. Appreciate you choosing No Tears Dental.
I called the office after 5:00pm on a Friday. They gave me an appointment that night at 8:00pm. The Doc and his staff were very curtious and friendly and understanding. The Doc explained everything to me and all the steps that needed to be done in my procedure . He was very calming and even played some relaxing music to calm me down. They were very patient with me and stayed after hours to help. They were VERY AFFORDABLE considering I was not a patient prior and needed an appointment ASAP. The Doc was very gentle and took his time . The office was extremely clean and comfortable and calming . A sincere thank you for helping me out in time of need . 😁
Great doctor. Procedure was painless and this is from someone who was usually in a lot of pain at the dentist and is hard to get numb. Doctor was very gentle, took his time and explained everything that needs to be done. The office is really clean and calming. If you have really bad dental anxiety, give this doctor a try!
