Friday afternoon, severe toothache from a dislodged filling I neglected. Didn't want the ER, so I called Nokomis Dental Care and they saw me right away. X-rays, Dr. Nicole Dunlap evaluated, prescribed antibiotics and pain meds, and scheduled a root canal. Dr. Dunlap and her assistant Stacia worked great together, put me at ease. Highly recommend!

Started coming here in 2025 and love them. Went for a cleaning and had a filling that fell out (second time, done in WI). They fixed it with a crown, and when it wasn't fitting right they got me in ASAP to correct it so I wouldn't bite my cheek. The women are nice and hilarious when appropriate. They know you even if you're only in twice a year. They work with my school hours schedule. Just had my second cleaning—amazing!

If I could leave negative stars I would. Avoid this place. From day one they lost my new patient paperwork (several pages). Then they bombarded me with emails and texts a week before appointments. I asked to be removed from reminders, and the office manager scolded me in front of staff, saying if I don't reconfirm they'll cancel. I should have left then. They've since changed front office staff, but still.

I just had a cleaning recently, and Alana was a great hygienist. And fast. The staff are very nice and appointments are easy. The 2 dentists I've met in the past seem knowledgeable. Id recommend this practice.

New patient visit, front desk was great, hygienist was great, the Dentist Ms. Griffith was quite offensive within the first few minutes, had poor bedside manner and communication skills. Look elsewhere, I walked out of the appt it was so bad. Ill be taking my family somewhere more professional and more caring.

During a cleaning Dr. Griffith noticed my gum above my crowned front tooth was irritated. Fortunately, through examination, she was able to detect a cavity but it meant I would need a new crown. A front tooth has a dramatic effect on our smile so I was very nervous to have it replaced. Would it look better than the one I’d had for years and was adequately satisfied with ,or would it look worse? I didn’t know what to expect but replacing it was my only option so
I put my trust in Dr. Griffith and her staff.
I’ve never written a review before but am taking time to do it because ,while I was very apprehensive going through the procedure, ,the process and final result turned out very positive. There were a few adjustments that needed to be made from the temporary to the final crown but Dr. Griffith, the lab, and each member of the staff that was involved, worked with me in selecting the right color, shape, fit, etc. Now that I have my new crown on my front tooth I want to share that it looks better than the one I’d had for years and my new smile looks great.

Started here in 2018, the 2 Dr's were great and office manager and staff were excellent. In late 2019 1 Dr left the practice and about the same time so did the office manager. Several hygienist and office staff left within a year. The young Dr that remained is good, but sends everything out to other specialists. No matter what you go here for the appointment ends up taking at least 1 hour. My wife and I have left the practice. She signed a records release the last day there, now they are telling our new dentist she never did, we have the paperwork. Like so many businesses and workers, this practice is close to incompetent now. I would avoid going here. They blame everything on the patient and aren't willing to accept responsibility for their mistakes or inaction. Very sad.

A special shout out goes to Theresa for putting in some extra effort into investigating some insurance issues I was having and Amy for being the best hygienist around who is always friendly, fun and professional. I can't forget Dr. Griffith who, along with being a great doctor, is always with a smile and a pleasure to see. I highly recommend this practice.
