Worst experience. The front desk lady was completely rude, and there wasn't even a hygienist for my cleaning. Waited 8 months for an appointment and will never go back. RUN.

My experience was unacceptable. I chose a veneer shade but the office switched it without telling me, then cemented them permanently before showing me. They're obviously the wrong color. Also, my new veneers are loose and my bite is off. A root canal started in November was never finished because they kept telling me to wait. When I tried to address the issues, they were unhelpful.

Everyone was so nice! I felt comfortable and could discuss my concerns. I usually hate the dentist because nobody explains things and I'm never numb enough. After living in multiple locations and seeing various different dentists, this practice sets a new standard and I love it. Jodee was super thorough in my intake as a new patient. In addition to X-rays, this practice takes detailed photos of your teeth and measurements of gum recession so they can track your oral health over time. I'm blown away. Dr. Hamel looks at dentistry through a broad lens, considering how oral health and other medical conditions are related and can be mitigated by being aware and proactive. This is exactly what I had hoped for, and more. Awesome experience. 100% recommend. I'm excited to have Northern Kentucky Smile Co. as my new dentist!

Christina was the dental technician who did my teeth cleaning… She was Extremely professional, knowledgeable and skilled. She shared so much important information with me about my teeth and Gums. 5 stars for a dentist? Yes. I have never been this comfortable in a dentist appointment before. They not only took the time to go by tooth by tooth so I really understood the issues and the treatment plan, but this is the first practice I have ever been to that didn’t make me feel bad about my issues. Instead of guilting me and all that, the tech and the doc walked me thru practical things I can do to fix my issues. My husband had the same feeling and they made my 11yo daughter feel great about how she takes care of herself and helped her take ownership of her health by asking her the questions instead of coming to me for every little detail. Highly recommend. Can’t believe I stumbled onto this little gem of an office. Also an all female staff and lead dentist is a big win for me.
