If you miss ONE treatment appointment without calling, they'll drop you from care. They don't care what the reason is or if your child has cavities. Heartless pediatric practice! When I called and tried to explain, even offered to pay a no show fee, they said that's only for patients with private insurance and policy won't budge. I'm glad everyone here walks on water!

Honestly, such sweet and caring staff at Northshore Pediatric Dentistry in Mandeville. They make every visit so easy, and my kids are totally comfortable and not nervous at all. We had my son's dental surgery scheduled and were fully prepared, including completing his medical clearance. But I got a voicemail saying the appointment was canceled due to not confirming. At no point in the paperwork or reminders did it say failure to confirm would cancel it. I tried calling Friday afternoon, but they close an hour early. Plus they're closed for lunch an hour, which overlaps with my only free time to call. Very frustrating.

I loved this dentist office at first—felt like I made a great decision, everyone seemed friendly. But I don't appreciate them kicking my daughter out of the system and saying she can't be seen anymore because of 2 missed appointments. Things happen in life, and sometimes we can't make appointments, no big deal. I called to reschedule, so I don't see the problem. For the last missed appointment, no one called to remind us. Oh well, maybe this happened for a reason, but I don't appreciate it one bit.

All of the staff was very friendly & patient! They answered any & all questions and were so patient with my grumpy toddler who woke up from a car nap right before we walked in! My oldest loved the clinic as a whole as did I! Very clean and vibrant!

The absolute best pediatric dentist I've ever seen! As a mom of boys for 19 years, this is the best place we've been. Dr. Barlow is amazing and explains everything so well to me and my boys. All the staff here were awesome. Super friendly and welcoming front desk. They engaged with my 17 month old. My son did scream the whole cleaning, but Dr. Stephanie and the dental hygienist made us feel so comfortable. They listened to our concerns and gave us some great feedback.

Dr. Stephanie and her staff are hands down the best. Brought my son in for a consultation for what I thought was just a lip tie. Turns out he had both lip and tongue. Scheduled to do the release a week later. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I was okay with the procedure and the exercises to follow. Knowing that my son was in great hands was a blessing. My kids hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, and we waited patiently for an appointment at Northshore Pediatric Dentistry in Mandeville. Everyone was so friendly and kind to my children—they made the experience not scary at all! They let them pick their own TV show while getting worked on, gave them a pop it, and a travel bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss. We showed up early and they took us almost immediately. My kids, who are normally terrified of the dentist, were smiling the whole time! Thank you for such wonderful service—see y'all in six months!

The most well thought out practice I’ve ever been to. The waiting room is intentionally kid friendly. I got to see Dr. Barlow for a consultation about a lip and tongue tie. She spent time sitting with me listening to my experiences giving a thorough consultation answering any questions. This doctor really took the time to care for us well. She advocated for my infant and his best interest and she also helped him avoid a painful procedure that was unnecessary. Dr. Barlow was very sibling friendly. There was a nursing room with age-appropriate toys and superhero masks. My toddler asked her to wear a superhero mask and she didn’t hesitate. Great provider. Great practice.
The office is beautiful and very clean. Almost no wait time to be called back for appt. All staff members were friendly , personable, and very preprofessional. Dr. Barlow did great with my son- he is almost two and this was his first dental visit. She was so kind, gentle and patient. She sang with him and even danced upon his command! He has been talking about“Barlow” since we left. Cannot wait to go back in 6 months!

Dr. Barlow is amazing!! We’ve had some not so great experiences at another chain dental office. I am SO glad we switched. Dr. Barlow is amazing with children, she had my daughters giggling, happy, and distracted throughout their dental work. She is great at explaining everything in detail.
