Had a really bad experience here. Dr. Moore's bedside manner was terrible—made a neurosurgeon seem warm. The hygienist was nice but seemed frustrated with Dr. Moore, which made things awkward. If you can't handle complex cases, just say so upfront. Stick to simple fillings.

Loved this dentist, best experience I’ve had with one yet. They were EXTREMELY thorough, took tons of time to do things right, even though it was late in the day. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and were hands down the most considerate team I’ve ever gotten dental care from. They’re all super friendly and on the ball, but Jackie was the best! Would highly recommend.

Im a new patient to NFD. Jackie has been my hygienist for 20+ years and is very thorough and knowledgeable. (My previous dentist retired)
I finally had my crowns replaced after 32 years after gum line recession etc. Dr Moore and her assistant were friendly and great at there work. They made sure i was comfortable and happy with my teeth. My family and friends could barely see difference that I had temporary crowns for a week. The finished crowns came out great. They helped match color so they look natural. I recommend Norwell Family Dentistry.

Having worked in and around health care for 40+ years I'm always curious about how the clinician (physician, dentist, optometrist, etc.) stays clinically current. Today I had the new experience of a crown being designed, created, and put in place in 2 hours. No more 3 visits, no more temporaries, lots of saved time. Prior to the visit we discussed the materials that would be used, the strength of the in office crown vs. a porcelain on metal lab fabricated crown and what to expect at today's visit.
Dr. Moore and her team have great clinical command of the new technology that permits in office crown design. Although well trained Dr. Moore, with this patient's permission, invited a more experienced dentist (with this new technology) to observe and offer guidance. Here was my very capable dentist continuing to expand her knowledge on behalf of her patients. Very impressive!!!!!
I first came to know Dr. Moore as the new associate to Dr. Leonard. Over the last few years, at each of my dental checkups, I've watched as she transforms HER practice through infrastructure investment, additional clinical training, and the careful selection of her team.

Love this place! The office is clean and cheerful, and everyone is so nice. They have this new Crowns In One Day tech which is amazing—no multiple visits. Dr. Moore has built a fantastic practice over the last three years. Great for preventive dentistry in Norwell.
