2/21/2026: NUMERO UNO! The best dentist office in all of Northern Virginia. An incredible combination of the front desk staff, technicians and hygienists and of course the dentists working together in a fun and professional environment creating a relaxed and pleasant environment for the patients. Can’t get any better.
9/3/2025: I was hesitant to transition from one doctor (Izzat Sbeih aka Dr. Z) to another doctor due to an insurance implications. But I was amazingly and pleasantly surprised!with the smooth transition from one pair of caring hands to another pair of capable hands!!!

After 16 years living in Tysons Corner area, we finally have found a dental office worth a 5-star rating.
The doctors and the technicians are extremely competent, professional and personable.
The office environment is lighthearted. The staff seem to be happy and to enjoy their work.
We first went to Novel Smiles for our children braces. Subsequently my wife and I decided to give Novel Smiles for our routine dental cleaning and other dental needs. No regrets!
If you're looking for orthodontics in the Tysons area, Novel Smiles is the spot. Took my daughter here for braces, and now my son's getting his too. The office is modern and easy to get to with parking right out front, plus the waiting room's huge. Staff are all friendly and pro, and they run on time—sometimes even early. Watching TV in the chair makes it way more relaxing. Definitely recommend them for dental work around here.

Been going to this dental office in McLean, VA since they opened, and honestly, I've got nothing but good things to say. Got my braces done here years ago, and they were super careful about making sure everything looked natural and perfect. Dr. Sbeih did my veneers too, and even after like 7 years, they still look amazing—his work really holds up. The whole team is friendly and professional every time. Couldn't be happier with my smile!

Had a great experience with both doctors here for annual cleaning and a retainer fix. The office has nice atmosphere and great location.
Got excellent care from Dr. Sbeih and the team at Novel Smiles in McLean. I had a cavity and a split tooth that needed removal, but Dr. Sbeih suggested a root canal first to try saving it. He managed to put a crown on my half-tooth, which was tough, especially with my osteoporosis. Really appreciate him avoiding an extraction. Very pleasant service all around.

Had a rough day and was super late to my appointment at Novel Smiles in McLean, dragging my toddler along too. Wasn't to the dentist in like 6 years since before COVID, and my teeth moved from not wearing my retainer. But Dr. Sbeih and hygienist Olympia were so kind and professional—they took extra time to X-ray and check everything, then did a deep cleaning that lifted years of coffee stains. My teeth went from yellow to white somehow, even on a Friday night! Couldn't believe it.

Dr. Tran is amazing! He did a fantastic job with my braces and made sure everything was perfect before they came off. He even recommended their in-house periodontist to even out my gum line, which made a huge difference in my final smile. I have had a great experience at Novel Smiles in Tyson’s. I originally went in for a cleaning & was given a free evaluation for braces, which I desperately needed on my bottom teeth.
