RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Went in for fillings and left with a cracked tooth. Came back because it hurt, and they said they cracked it. Then they charged me again to fix what they broke. Please don't go here. There are better, less greedy dentists out there.

Worst place to go. I waited a week for this appointment only to be given a referral. Additionally, I didn’t even get to ask my questions because I was interrupted at every sentence. The whole exam lasted less than 5 mins.

I really appreciate how thorough Dr. Ruchi Adhikari was with my evaluation. I came in with tooth pain, and she walked me through what my X-rays showed. I had a ton of questions, and she answered every one patiently. That really helped calm my nerves. I was a patient at this dental office for nearly a year. While I always felt the costs were on the higher side, I trusted the dentist and was building a relationship with him. At my most recent cleaning, however, I was unexpectedly treated by a new dentist I had never met before. During the visit, she said my dental health was deteriorating and insisted I needed an antibiotic treatment that insurance wouldn't cover and would be very expensive out of pocket. What stood out the most was how she handled the situation. She made me feel bad about my dental health and pressured me into considering the treatment. Then, when the front desk staff came in to review the high cost and I declined, she never came back into the room to discuss my dental health further. I don't understand how a professional doctor can tell a patient they have deteriorating dental health, and then not return to check on them or answer questions once the patient refuses a treatment. Because I left that appointment feeling anxious, I sought a second opinion just a week later. The new dentist did a full exam and told me i have good dental hygiene and am not at risk of gum disease. However, they did find a cavity and other issues that should have been addressed a long time ago, problems my previous dentist never mentioned despite me being a regular patient for nearly a year. (Silver fillings cracking and needing to be replaced soon) It makes me question why these real issues were overlooked, while I was instead pressured into an expensive treatment I didn't need. This experience left me feeling that this office prioritizes selling treatments over truly caring for their patients. I'm relieved I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion, but I would strongly encourage others to be cautious and ask questions before agreeing to any treatment here.

The Staff here is beyond amazing. I’ve stumbled upon this office after leaving bright now dental on the floor above their office and it’s the best thing that could have happened to me. They were able to treat me same day for an extract when the other office told me it would be a 2-3 week process. Not only are they extremely welcoming and friendly, they are also patient and more than willing to answer any questions you might have. Would give 10 stars if it was possible.
