Hadn't been to a dentist in years, but I finally went in to see Dr. Sabo this past Friday. I told her about my fear of dentists, and she was amazing—made me feel totally comfortable and assured everything would go smoothly. And it did! I'm definitely making her my regular dentist now. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at OC Dental Center. I paid a large amount upfront for dental treatment based on specific representations about procedures and materials. After treatment, I experienced unresolved functional issues and requested documentation. I later obtained independent evaluations that raised serious concerns about whether the procedures billed were actually performed and whether the materials described were used. My teeth are indeed straight and white like pearls! The staff are so kind and compassionate, always giving advice and great treatment! And the treatments are not as painful as other orthodontists. All in all, if you need something done with your teeth, OC Dental is the place to go!

Terrible experience on a Saturday. If you don’t have the staff to provide proper care or manage the schedule, don’t book patients — just close instead of wasting people’s time. I confirmed my appointment multiple times, arrived on time, and still waited in an empty lobby. When I complained, the regional manager laughed at me — completely unacceptable. I’ve requested all of my records be erased and do not want any further contact from this office. The only professional person I dealt with was the lady on the phone. This one star is for her.

Andrea and the office are always so communicative and caring. They make me feel comfortable every visit, and I leave satisfied every time. The experience I had here at OC dental center is nothing but wonderful. The doctors really took care of me and made sure that my treatment is the best! My canine is finally out and aligned with my rest of my upper teeth I’m so happy!:) I will highly recommend this office for anyone who needs braces!
I am fearful of the dentist and even though every practice has their good and bad google reviews, I chose OCDental Center because it was close to home and they only took PPO INSURANCE plans. I first was greeted by Elva, Jackie and a gal named Moe. They all were very welcoming and very excited to see me. I saw the hygienist and then Dr Sabo who is the dentist there. Dr Sabo made me extra comfortable considering I’m very apprehensive especially in a dental chair. I got a deep cleaning a few fillings done. I will sporadically return for appointments due to payment plan arrangements which they really really work with you!! I appreciate that OC Dental Center meets and works within my financial budget and now I can regain confidence knowing that my mouth is a healthy mouth again.
