Dr. Cross and his staff are always friendly and professional. I had a procedure that, in the past with another dentist, has been very painful. I was quite concerned I was going to be very uncomfortable once the local pain reliever wore off. Dr. Cross took my concerns seriously, and he assured me that the pain could be managed with over the counter (otc) pain meds. I was wary this would be the case, but to my surprise and delight, the pain was minimal and easily controlled with the otc pain relievers he provided me. In fact, the morning after the procedure, I woke up with virtually no pain at all. I am absolutely amazed at how well this procedure went, and I am so grateful to Dr. Cross and his staff for their exceptional skills and highly professional treatment. Best dentist I’ve ever had.
