The staff are nice. Environment is good. But I think they do something weird with the billing and insurance claim…. Very sketchy… make sure to check your claim history from the insurance company and understand what has been filed since this will impact your future insurance coverage.

He explained the whole procedure, and even though I was nervous, he was gentle and careful. From check-in to the end, the experience was fantastic. I've been to other dentists, but this was the best. We got a referral from our Orthodontics doctor to go to Dr. Basem Airood at OC Smile Dental, located in The Square Plaza in Irvine.Dr Airood is a very humble doctor, I called on Friday 4/1 because I missed my 3/31 appointment. I think it may be lunch time when I called, and I didn't know if Doctor Airood was the one helping me. I had a feeling, this receptionist sounded very nice, wise and professional. And when I asked his name. "He said this is Dr. Airood". Oh my goodness, I had been talking to Dr. Airood, he didn't rush, he was really helping me to find appointment date. On the next day, we got in, my 2 kids and I went to the office to get a yearly check up, actually I'm going to bring 1 more in the future. What a pleasant experience in the office. Start with the receptionist. I forgot his name. Dr. Airood and team gave excellent service. I'm very happy that Dr. Airood cleaned my gum, the way he did it made me feel safe. He was straight forward if there was a problem or not. Not trying to do other services if you don't need it. Chris was the dental assistant, I usually had lady dentist assistance. So, I feel a little hesitance with male dentist assistance. But this Chris took the job seriously, I was impressed with how he was carefully taking the XRay, and polished my teeth. I am beyond satisfied and highly recommend this place. Thank you Dr. Airood and team. From Wina and family.

I live in Alhambra, it is a long distance to drive from my place to Orange County, but I am a loyal patient since 2009, because Dr. Airood is a wonderful dentist and the staff there are very friendly.
