As a military family who's been around, this is the worst dental office we've dealt with in O'Fallon, IL. They'll schedule appointments, send text reminders, and then say nothing's booked when we show up—happened twice! With my daughter's Invisalign treatment, we get different answers every time about whether she needs to be there. Today, we were told she had to be in the chair, so we took off work and pulled her from school for nothing. The inconsistency is just frustrating.

I've been going there for years, but this time, there was no dentist at my biannual dental exam—nobody told me in advance. The hygienist didn't reschedule my next appointment, and an employee took 20 X-rays without a clear explanation, which felt unsafe. For a routine cleaning and checkup, it was very unprofessional and left me considering other options.

On the phone they said they took tricare/humana but they don’t. When I showed up they said they took my insurance but still wanted to charge me $120. If you have Humana you shouldn’t have to pay anything. Go somewhere that won’t charge you

Stay away! I let Dr. Harrison know on my first appt what I needed. Before he could pull 1 tooth, add 1 tooth to my bottom partial, & get a top partial made, I had to have a cleaning. (Money grabber) I can see needing xrays but not a cleaning. Went to front desk & I was told I needed a treatment plan. I stood there & the lady just looked at me. (Dr Harrison is also at front desk) I told the lady I told Dr Harrison what I needed & again I was told I needed a treatment plan. I just stood there again. Finally, Casey, another lady at front desk said Dr Harrison has to put treatment plan in the computer. Thank God for Casey! Casey saved the day. The one lady nor Dr Harrison bothered to tell me that after 7 minutes. I come in to have my tooth pulled. OMG....When a patient raises their hands, moves head & trying to talk, should tell the dentist something is wrong! I finally totally moved his hands & said I can feel all this. Supposedly I was given more numbing medicine but Dr Harrison began pulling & again, I raised my hand & moved my head as I could still feel it. All of a sudden, he just pulled my tooth. I told him in 58 years, I never felt a tooth being pulled. Dr Harrison said nothing & WALKED out. He never came back in to check on how I was doing. Patients apparently doesn't matter to Dr Harrison. Then, Keller lab messed up adding a tooth to my bottom partial. My partial was sent to another lab & apparently couldn't do anything. I was told there was nothing that could be done. I was livid. I was informed though the office could get preauthorization to have a NEW partial made. I was like, this one is 2 years old & my insurance won't pay for another one. I was informed the office accepted Care Credit. (All that office wants is money) I've never had a lab that couldn't make an issue right. Part of my bottom partial would came up when I talked. I was informed that happens. I'm like, it hasn't moved in 2 years. Then there was a gap where food would go & that gap wasn't there before. (One of the ladies that worked with Ashley said that gap shouldn't be there.) Ashley tried thinking of what could be done & she isn't the dentist! To this day, 8-27-2025, Dr Harrison has never spoke to be about the issues I'm having with my bottom partial. That is very unprofessional in my opinion and proves he is only interested in the money & not the patients needs. Had I known my bottom partial was going to be messed up, I wouldn't have had my top partial made b/c I'm not going to be able to use it without my bottom partial not being right. I've never in 58 years had this type of treatment from a dentist. It's sad Dr Harrison doesn't have his patients backs. I'll be glad to get my partials so I never have to go back there. I'll go elsewhere. Reminder-Do not go here.
