This office came highly recommended, however I gave them more than enough chances to prove their reputation. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with their abilities to perform exceptional customer service. With my children's initial visit, their office called to reschedule a couple weeks out. Due to needing a follow-up appointment, I was contacted to reschedule for a second time. Sadly, the most recent time, my children and I were rescheduled again which I accepted. However, once we arrived 15 minutes early, we waited an additional 30 minutes for me to cancel. I am disappointed with this office, as I was not checked on while waiting nor cared about upon my exit. It's clear they don't need the business, especially since their customers mean nothing to them.
