Dr. Argyle saw me for a crown and found an infection during a routine cleaning. I'm amazed by the technology—I got my permanent crown the same day! No temporary crown falling off, and no adjustments needed. For the infection, he tried to save the tooth by sending me to a specialist for a retreatment, but it didn't work. So I've started the implant process. Still, great care.

I kept seeing Old Betsy Dental of Keene ads on Facebook and they seemed so friendly, so I planned to go there. Well, today I showed up to get my cap glued back on. But they told me the dentist would need to take x-rays and do an exam first. Seriously? That's exactly why people hate going to the dentist. Instead of just helping, they try to squeeze every dime out of you. I would have been a loyal patient if they'd just done the right thing. Disgusting.

Took my son in as a new patient. On the questionnaire I noted he has severe anxiety about the dentist. Then we waited 45 minutes for his cleaning. I had to ask twice for an update. With the anxiety info we gave, better communication would've helped a lot. Also, before the cleaning they asked me to pay? I said hasn't it been 6 months? They said they'd submit to insurance. Um, yeah, do that. I do like Dr. Brock though. He tried.

I've had plenty of bad dental experiences, but this wasn't one at all. They answered all my questions, didn't make me feel horrible, and my extraction was completely painless. Dr. Bennon (I think that was his name) was amazing. I really appreciate feeling confident in a treatment plan and ready to start fixing my mouth.

Honestly, I've never had an experience like this before. They treated me like a princess! Made me feel so comfortable that I'm definitely becoming a permanent patient. First visit was a cleaning on Dec 3rd, and two weeks later I went back—same great treatment. I learned a lot and was still impressed. I've already recommended them to others.

I would give this place a 10 STAR if it let me. I was SO AMAZED!!! Went to a dentist for cealing & checkup last yr & he just WANTED TO PULL a tooth with a cavity the size of a Pen tip. I left. 3 yrs b4, went to dentist that tried to SELL me $1500 after doing NOTHING but exrays & sitting in the "Chair" for 1 1/2 hrs.
I was frustrated. Took a chance here & all I can is DANG!!!!

The BEST dentist and office I've ever been to! 99% pain free. They were so accommodating and addressed my fears with understanding. The dentists and all support staff at Old Betsy Dental in both the Joshua and Keene offices are excellent. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful and contacted me immediately after I texted the Joshua office on a Sunday with an emergency situation. I was given an appointment the very next day and received full care at both offices; was provided with a diagnosis; a treatment plan; full explanation of the procedures and timing; and estimate of costs. I cannot praise this wonderful group of providers enough and am so pleased they are my dentists.

“State of the art” dentistry. If you feel “down in the mouth” this is the venue you want to visit. It is also a “one stop” oral extravaganza as their use of digital technology is almost like science fiction. It has a very professional atmosphere but also is a happy environment. Be sure to ask for Lizzie if you want your teeth cleaned as she is meticulous as she navigates your mouth.

Every single time I walk into the practice, I’m greeted like I’m part of the family. Everyone is super kind and friendly and you get a feeling that you are genuinely cared about when there. The exam and cleanings are thorough and during every step, they explain what they are doing and why.
