Switched to Dr. Osborne's office in Mooresville, NC recently and honestly, I'm so glad I did. My cleanings there are awesome—the place is brand new and super high-tech, which actually makes a big difference. At my first cleaning, they took digital images right from the chair for free and showed everything on a screen while explaining it. If something needs attention, they point right to it. You don't realize how helpful that is until you see it yourself. Makes you feel informed and confident about your dental care. Beyond the tech, the experience is just great.

Had a semi-emergency with a cracked crown in Mooresville, NC right before Christmas, and no one else in town could fit me in due to the holiday. But the staff at Osborn Dental were super helpful and understanding—they got me in within an hour, which was amazing. Dr. Osborn was kind, well-spoken, and gave me a clear action plan, saying the tooth would probably be fine until I could see my regular dentist after New Year's. Came in anxious but left smiling. Might very well switch to them for good.

I’ll start by saying that, like most people, I’ve always been pretty skeptical when it comes to going to the dentist. I’ve had some rough experiences in the past at other offices, but my visit to Osborne Dental completely changed how I view dentistry.
First off, with my luck, I accidentally brought my medical insurance card instead of my dental one. The staff spent over 45 minutes tracking down my correct insurance information and never once made me feel rushed or embarrassed. They were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the whole process.
Once that was sorted out, everything else was seamless. The team explained every step clearly and made sure I understood what they were doing. Everyone there is well-trained, professional, and genuinely personable, which really helps when you know someone is about to yank teeth out of your head (LOL).
After my exam, Dr. Osborne showed me everything on the screen and explained why I needed three extractions which honestly floored me because I thought I was only going in for a cleaning. He even helped me understand how one bad tooth was affecting my workouts, which blew my mind.
During the cleaning, we had great conversation between myself, Dr. Osborne, and one of the hygienists. When it came time for the numbing injections, I was nervous but for the first time ever, I didn’t feel a thing. I actually had to look to see the needle to believe it!
Before the extractions, they pulled down a big screen and asked if I wanted to watch a movie or listen to music. I chose Kraven the Hunter, which was a lifesaver it kept me relaxed and distracted the entire time. Anytime I felt even the slightest sensation, they stopped immediately to check if it was pressure or pain. The only time I felt real pain was with one stubborn tooth, and they instantly re-numbed me and continued once I was comfortable.
Overall, the experience was exceptional. Osborne Dental has completely changed my outlook on going to the dentist. I can honestly say I’ll be going back fearlessly from now on.

The customer service you get from the minute you walk in is warm and inviting. I have had my teeth cleaned here a couple times and never had a bit of pain.
Dr. Osborn gave me a consult for fixing my teeth that I have ground down over the years. The information is just what I needed to see how misaligned my bite had become.
He took scans and had temporary’s made up for me so I could see how it would look.
Had to wear them for a couple weeks to make sure they were right for me before ordering the permanent veneers.
My wife was thrilled with seeing my new smile with “adult size” teeth. If you are thinking about getting something done I would highly recommend you go see Dr. Osborn!

Dr. Osborne and his staff are like family. I’ve had a couple crowns put on and they do a great job. If there’s any problems they call you immediately to come back and get them fixed. It is a pleasure to go, even though a trip to the dentist is never a pleasant experience. This staff family does everything to make it so.

I have been postponing the search for a new dentist. A cracked filling told me to get moving and get it fixed. I walked into Dr Osborne’s waiting room. I am accustomed to grungy, crowded waiting rooms with old magazines and dingy decor. I don’t go to a dentist for the decor but I was amazed at the beautiful, clean, contemporary feel. It helped calm me. The staff is really kind and helpful. The technology used was an experience I never had. Dr. Osborn is a talented and patient dentist. Took his time, waited to see if I was doing ok. Very personable. He is a wizard with the Novocain injections. The experience was as low stress and discomfort as can be expected.
