Had an emergency and was in a lot of pain when I came to see Dr. Kevin Huang at the Auburn clinic. He got me in right away and really knew his stuff. Ended up needing surgery the next day, which I was absolutely terrified about. But honestly, every single staff member was so comforting and kind. From check-in, they explained insurance and costs clearly, the medical team was phenomenal, and they walked me through each step. Barely felt the blood draw or IV. They all reassured me that my anxiety was totally normal and put me at ease. Couldn't have asked for better care for my oral surgery in Auburn.

Post op day 1 after getting 3 teeth extracted with a bone graft. Dr. Moon did an amazing job—he's got true surgeon hands. All his assistants were awesome too. And the office staff? They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for our needs. It's still early, but so far I'm really glad I chose PNW Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Auburn branch. The whole team took excellent care of me. It's now Saturday evening and I'm still recovering from my oral surgery. The ice pack hurt my face so I put it under my chin. This morning I felt feverish and used it on my brow and neck. Also using arnica gel and lidocaine cream. Swelling is still tough, sipping water and kefir. Aloe vera juice helped with mouth pain when painkillers wore off. Taking mesalamine and arnica for body aches. My whole body aches! Also took an antibiotic late last night. But the care I received was top-notch.

I had a major tooth issue happen over the weekend. Monday early I went to emergency room with a swollen cheek. This lead me to see my dentist who was able to connect me with Pacific Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. They took me in saw what needed to be done, and fix my immediate issues.
One thing they did was show me exactly what it would cost to do the procedure. This was big help to me because it was a surprise expense.
I am happy with my experience with the care they showed, and the professional care they gave.

Dr Solamin treats you like family! He made a stitch that was good but he knew it could be better, knowing that he did not leave it like most others probably would he spent the extra time to cut it out and stitch again leaving my surgical site very tidy which leads to even better recovery. I would recommend his services to anyone!

I'm very nervous when it comes to my teeth. As I walked in, the front desk was very polite, which eased my tension. The dentist and his helpers were very friendly and entertaining. I love how the place follows up the patients with text messages wth videos. Says a lot about what they think of their patients. I highly recommend this place.
