I want to share a very horrible experience with this immoral dentist about my implant. Money comes and goes, when the heart gets dirty you can never clean it up. I have all the documents to prove I say. I had dental implant tooth #19 9/21/22 at Pacific NW dentistry, My bill should 1047$ and insurance paid the same 1047$, but at end my bill paid $1345 Because I was cheated by the dentist, he put my part of the implant payment $150' he says - 'his write off', then he asked me to pay more money another $150. Also, they charged me over payment $149 after gave my overpaid back it was my money, but he gave 'my overpaid' back he wrote - it was 'gave me the refund', then he asked me to pay more money another $149. So, at the end I paid $1345, and insurance paid $1047. My implant he did two times was so pain and he went so deep. I don't have any bad habits and underline issue, and I have good hygiene. After 16 days he checked said great, and he did not tell me I need antibiotics, after I was still pain just 7 days later I back to check after 22 days implant, he said infection need remove, he was working on me just pulled out the implant without any anesthesia, It was painful and blood all over, he didn't clean the area only washed my mouth. At the end I didn't want to redo I want money back. He gave me $749 back and he still had 298$ from me and insurance $1047. I went to other dentist for a consultation had a CT scan and the doctor said tooth #20 next to the implant had an infection should not have an implant and that is why it failed. He said you need to have root canal first before the implant. I have the proof I didn't receive standard care about my implant removal and just for 22 days implant fail, so I reported this to the dental insurance company, they didn't know my implant fail, they asked for money back, but the dentist denied that request as he did the work, the dentist used the antibiotics as an excuse, that is not true on 10/6 he said the implant was great, then on the 13th he found an infection pulled out the implant, it was nothing related to antibiotics. He did not tell the insurance how he pulled out the implant; he just said that I had an infection and blamed me for not taking the antibiotics. It was very unfair I went to small court; He was dishonest told the small court judge in court my implant was loose and came out, but he never told the insurance it was loose and came out. The dentist did a counterclaim, he said he did the work and I owe him money. I should pay $1047, he made me pay 3-time, first time I paid $300 second time $150 third time $746, totally$1196, it tells I over paid, I explained times they over charged me eventually he gave me $149 my overpaid back, and $749 refund after implant failed, so he still had my 298$ just gave me $749 refund but he said I owed him nonsense $1048 and demanded $1048 from me. He used antibiotics for excuse to blame me, and he said to the judge my implant was loose and came out. If so, it was not my problem, all the work he did, I was the patient I didn't do anything wrong. Why didn't he tell this to insurance, if loose came out that was his problem he did the work wrong. He put my implant deep he said he didn't want it to come out; it was a screw deep in the bone no possible came out in few days. On 10/06 he said it was great and 10/13 loose came out he was dishonest. After the case I got my dental records, on the records he said he did two times and went too deep. If it came out that was his problem. I never had appt on 9/12 but he put prescription on 9/12 at court. This is not only about money. I contacted the attorney general consumer protection. The dentist's letter to the ATG the dentist said my tooth #20 was infected before the implant #19, so from the dentist his own words I was not qualified for implant. It's pitiful for a dentist lose moral for his pocket. this dentist is very unprofessional no moral, he doesn’t know what he is doing for complex procedure only can do basic work. I highly recommend staying away, no patient should ever be treated like this.

Had a pretty rough experience over a couple years as a patient. They'd always call to move my appointment earlier same day, which got annoying. Cleanings weren't gentle with the scaler at all. My wife had an implant done twice—first time it lasted 22 days and failed. When he pulled it out, no anesthesia, blood everywhere. Insurance paid $1047, we owed $1047, but ended up paying $1345 because they messed up billing. Not great.

Been coming here for a while and each visit gets better. I've had terrible dental anxiety my whole life, but they make it so easy—quick check-ins, flexible scheduling, and a positive vibe. Everyone's super kind and delightful. Honestly, couldn't ask for more. 10/10 recommend!

The staff was amazing, kind, and professional. Didn't feel any pain and everything was explained well. Assistants were great too. Happy with the results—definitely recommend this place!

Not many people can say they genuinely enjoy going to the dentist, but that's been my experience with Dr. Bahn and his staff. Over 10 years as a patient for me and my kids. Even after moving, we still make the trek back to Auburn for his service.

Dr. Banh and the team are awesome. Got two crowns put on—he did a great job, answered all my questions, and really pays attention to detail. Personable too.

Let's be real, dentist visits aren't fun, but the friendly, welcoming staff at PNW Dentistry makes it way better. They really help you relax from start to finish. Been coming for 5 years and will keep referring friends and family.

Been coming since April and usually I hop around dental offices, but this place is amazing. Staff is warm, welcoming, and answers every question. Dr. Banh is super knowledgeable and always ready to explain things. Never felt uncomfortable. Wholeheartedly recommend!

And from the moment I first contacted their office it’s been a fantastic experience. Very thorough with their services, very informative, and they genuinely care. I’ve been going here consistently for a couple years now after putting off dental work for the past 20 years of my life. I was always afraid of going to the dentist but everyone here including the staff and Dr Banh have been so friendly and great to work with. I trust them and they even helped out during a recent dental emergency that was a simple fix with medication! Recommend everyone at least give them a try if you’re looking for a new dentist. Dr Banh is a fun dentist!

Love this dentist! No frills, they don’t overcharge you or upcharge you like crazy. I trust them with my care and they do a great job. I’ve referred multiple people who also love them. My teeth and gums have improved in health since I started coming here. Love that they take requests for music for you when you sit in the chair ☻

I recently moved to the area and had to find a new dentist. I am thrilled I found Pacific NW Dentistry. Dr. Banh is so kind and encouraging and I can tell already that the whole team will take good care of my teeth. All the staff were kind and professional and the atmosphere is friendly.

Moved to Washington 5 years ago and struggled to find a good dentist. Found this place on Yelp with great reviews, so I booked. Now a year in—best dentist ever. Everyone is SO nice. Victoria, Jamie, Gabby, Sierra, Dr. Banh, Maggie—they all make me feel super comfortable. They explain everything so well.

Dr. Banh and all of the staff are amazing. The receptionists Victoria and Jaime are very kind and good at thoroughly explaining everything and the hygienists Cierra and Gaby are so gentle and take their time making sure everything is perfect. I was nervous establishing care at first not having been to a dentist in quite a while but they've made all my visits and experience wonderful. They are on top of everything. So grateful to have been recommended to his office. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!

The entire staff here is great! I have dental anxiety due to intense oral sensitivity, and felt totally comfortable throughout my appointment. The receptionists Victoria and Jaime were extremely polite and helpfull! Dr. Banh and his assistant were both very professional, yet down to earth as well! If you are looking for an affordable Dentist Office that will treat you with respect and provide a great service I recommend you check this office out.

I love love Dr. Banh and his staffs especially Victoria. They are very personal and accommodating especially to my requests. I’ve been with his office for about 4-5 years and never been dissatisfied once. I’ll be moving further away but planning to continue going to him because it hard to find a dentist that you like!!
