I'm just responding to the comment. My mom's insurance approved a zirconia crown authorization. We know any office needs to submit for approval. But the issue is the doctor here didn't even try—he just said it was impossible without submitting. Don't argue with paperwork we already have. Reading other reviews, seems the doctor isn't very personable. We're just sharing our experience with dental implants and crowns in Pacoima.

To be honest, everything was fine at first—the receptionist was great, the tech was awesome. But the older dentist came off a bit rude. It's close to my home in Pacoima, but I'm not sure I'll return. The tooth I mentioned wasn't really looked at, just poked with a pointy pick. At least no infections—guess I'm keeping my gums healthy.

Well, the place was very clean and I was seen on time. The female receptionist is great at communicating and on top of her work. But the doctor seemed distracted—hardly spoke and was on his phone. Wish he was more present during my exam.

I had a good experience I can't say great only because the dr was a little passive aggressive/ grumpy, but that's to be expected because he seemed to be of age. But still likeable.... will be going back =)

The gentleman who walked me to the back was very kind and efficient. He took X-rays of my teeth and then he cleaned my teeth. I felt that he did a thorough job.
