Had an excellent visit! The office was bright, cheerful, and super clean. Everyone was friendly. Katrina took my x-rays and made me feel at ease. Jacinda did my teeth cleaning and gave the best deep cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Le reviewed my x-rays and explained my care plan thoroughly. I was sad to leave my old dentist of 18 years, but now I'm so happy I switched. Palm Springs Modern Dentistry is top-notch!

I came in for a general cleaning, but after x-rays, the doctor said I needed a deep cleaning due to two years since my last one. They wanted to convert my appointment but could only do half my teeth because of insurance. I explained I had plans and couldn't stay longer, but she didn't accept that. Felt pressured.

Been a patient for 2+ years. Staff is skilled, but I'm disappointed with long wait times and the upsell mentality. This week I waited 45 minutes for the hygienist, got a lecture on more frequent cleanings, and then was told I needed a deep clean that would cost more. When I declined, they said they couldn't do a regular cleaning because the dentist ordered deep clean.

Be very careful what they recommend. During my initial consult, I had x-rays and was told I needed a 4-quadrant deep cleaning, even though I take good care of my teeth. They also said I had bone deterioration, but the area they pointed to looked like part of my jawbone. Plus they said I had receding gums and needed to brush and floss more. Felt like an upsell.

First of all, they send you reminders a few times before your appt, which I appreciate. The staff are helpful and the office is very clean and modern.
Dr Lee takes the time to talk with you about stuff, and they give you an estimate with price breakdown based on what your insurance will pay, so you can be prepared for the cost.
I had some concerns today and Dr Lee checked with the Dr they were referring to and called me back same day with a plan. As a nurse, I’m really impressed with the level of care at this office. Def recommend!
Because I have been to Dr Le's dentistry numerous times now for various stages of my teeth removal and replacement, and each and every time has been a wonderful experience, I decided it is time to share. The ladies at the front desk have been so patient and helpful with all my insurance questions and showing me, not telling me how each little thing breaks down. The technicians and support staff are all so friendly, taking x-rays, making molds of my teeth and answering all my questions. Their oral surgeon on staff is a happy man that truly loves his career. When I asked him if he thought the anesthesia was ready he told me he was all done! No kidding. Fast, effortless and most importantly, completely pain-free. When I complimented Dr Le on her remarkable staff we had a nice chat about it and her goals and mission. Let's be honest with ourselves, readers, we all go in there thinking they are gonna take all our money and sell us a bunch of crap. And this attitude has got to take a toll on these poor people.
