What a joke. I scheduled an appointment, and they canceled 3 days before without calling—I found out through ZocDoc. When I called, they said no one was available to perform the appointment. I asked to reschedule, and the next opening was over a month away. They canceled on me, not the other way around. Very unprofessional.

Honestly, the service itself was great, but communication could've been better. I scheduled months ahead and showed up early for once, lol. The appointment took 3.5 hours—seemed overbooked. Maybe it was a one-off, but it was frustrating. A dental cleaning and checkup shouldn't take that long. Still, the staff was nice.

Any dentist can do cleanings, but I got a crown that fell off in a year. The replacement shape and color were off. They wanted to shave down my other front tooth to match—I disagreed. Then after a cleaning, I asked how much I owed and was told I didn't have to pay. Unprofessional all around.

The dentist and hygienist are great, but the office manager is extremely rude. I asked why I was billed after my treatment plan was authorized, and she said no one else could help me. If you messed up, just say so. Won't be back for any restorative dentistry here.

Good afternoon Panola Family Dental I love the Dental services I received love Shay the dentist that cleans teeth and Dr Stewart but the front desk has to do better by letting the patients know a head of time if the insurance pays for the treatment to give them time to come out of pocket. That’s is the only complaint I have with this Family dental. Can we make that happen? That will help us patients a lot then we will know how to manage the payments I know you all know you do have elderly patients that get a fixed income don’t get me wrong I appreciate all the staff they are very nice and professional I love the services also the billing lady was very nasty I didn’t want to cause a scene with her because I do wants to return so I agreed to make my 2 month payment after being notified 1 year later that I owed a bill she was definitely unprofessional. I came in with a smile for my very first day. The young lady was very helpful at the front desk and also there was another lady that was very friendly there. I was a new patient there which West Hampton Dental referred me because I had just moved to the Lithonia area and this location was closest to my home and is a Corporate Affiliate to them through Heartland. Everyone in the office spoke and was very friendly and willing to help if you had questions and concerns. Even if you just wanted to speak they were will to carry a conversation with you. This is my new dental home now. They made me feel relaxed from being scared and traumatized. I seen Jaylen and Dr. Lapidote on my visit. They were very detailed and walked me through the process . They explained to me what I did not understand while on my appointment. I be leave I’m going to love it there. I have to go back next week and I will make sure I’m there.

The staff is friendly and experienced, working as a team. Rachel, a dental tech, worked with Dr. Stewart on adjustments to my partial and upper denture—she's very professional and knowledgeable. I also love the personal calls and tech reminders for appointments. Dr. Stewart even called to follow up. Great care for dentures and bridges in Stonecrest.

I always look forward to my visits with Panola Family Dental. The staff are professional and the dentists are knowledgeable and superb at what they do. They took me on as an emergency patient and I've been with them ever since. They explain their processes and are patient with questions. A great group of compassionate doctors. This was the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had as an adult going to the dentist. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. My dental hygienist was knowledgeable, patient, gentle and friendly to me and my son. She was also very careful and helpful to both of us! I’ll definitely be a customer for life because all the staff are so kind and supportive!

As a first time visit and potential patient, I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The Dental Assistant was excellent in performing the necessary procedures prior to seeing the Dentist.
