Dr. Shawna and her entire office in Swansea were absolutely wonderful. My 7-year-old son with Down syndrome needed a cavity filled, and I was worried we'd have to go to a pediatric dentist with anesthesia. But Dr. Shawna handled it perfectly—she worked quickly but calmly, explaining each step to him and encouraging him the whole time. No waiting at all when we arrived, which was such a relief. Every experience I've had with Park Place Dental has been awesome. Dr. Shawna talks to you like a person, not just a patient, and makes sure you're comfortable and know what's happening with your treatment. The assistants and front desk in Swansea are great too—office is always clean and they're super accommodating. You don't wait forever like at some places. I've used both the Swansea and Shiloh locations and can't say enough good things. For orthodontics or any dental work in Swansea, IL, they're the best.

I broke a tooth and had to find a dentist quickly. Park Place Dental Group in Swansea had a good Google rating and was near my home, so I gave them a call. They squeezed me in the same day. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly! Dr. Shawna prepped my tooth for a crown, and checked often to make sure I was comfortable, and that I understood what she was doing. I went back today for the permanent crown and a replacement filling on another tooth. Everything feels great! I am so happy to have found Park Place Dental Group!

I have already ended any professional relationship with your organization and all affiliated locations. Receiving a letter dated several months ago—now, at the end of July—only reinforces the consistent pattern of poor communication I experienced over the past year.
After dealing with multiple filing errors and the resulting need for root canals due to negligence by your dental staff, this latest correspondence was both unnecessary and frustrating.
Do not contact me to request the removal of my review, as you did previously, and do not attempt to bill me again after the last incident in which I had to resolve a billing error on your end.
Rest assured, I will never return to any of your offices, nor will I recommend your services to anyone.
Office is very clean and bright. Staff is very friendly and professional. Easy to schedule appointment. Had no issues with the check ups and cleanings my daughters get here. Works out great since it is a short drive from home.
