Honestly, our whole family's been going to Dr. Charles Owens since he started practicing in Fort Oglethorpe back in the 80s—me, my two adult sons, and even my grandkids. He's treated us like family this whole time, which is pretty amazing. Whenever we've got a dental issue, they fit us in right away. The staff's always been super friendly and efficient too. For all our dental needs, from routine teeth cleaning to more involved stuff, they've got us covered. Couldn't ask for better care in the area.

My family went to Dr. Owens for dentistry in Fort Oglethorpe for over ten years, and honestly, he was always kind of off—just cold and didn't seem to care. When I was 13, I went in alone for a dental filling, and it was rough. My mom had warned me he could be harsh. He gave me the numbing shot, it hurt bad, and he barely waited before asking if it worked. I said kinda, and he just grabbed another one. Really unpleasant experience that stuck with me.

My first visit to Parkway Dental Group in Fort Oglethorpe, they forgot about me. Second visit, they didn't even pull my file—I sat in the waiting room until I was the only one left. The receptionist said sorry and put my file in front, but it was a mess. Dr. Owens has no bedside manners and a short temper. Wouldn't recommend going there for dental care at all.

Don't go here if you value your time. An appointment at 11am, we're 30 minutes in on wasting time. Why set an appointment time if you're not following up. Not to mention the shoddy dentist work, but that aside, am I right.

Visited Parkway Dental Group in Fort Oglethorpe, and the receptionists were too busy chatting about someone's nephew and a Taylor Swift concert to help out. Took a while before anyone asked about my needs—felt like priorities in the front office needed adjusting. Makes you wonder if the owner knows what's going on there. Otherwise, it was okay, but that part was frustrating.

The atmosphere was great, and the staff were so nice—didn't act like they hated their jobs at all. I'm 25 and have the worst anxiety about dentists, shaking and crying the whole deal. Picked this place because of all the great reviews, and it's lived up to them. My first procedure went really well—Dr. Owens made it as painless as possible. All the bonding chipped off and the crown fell out. He didn't even put the crown in. His assistant did it and he made a space between my front teeth that wasn't there before. One crown had to have a root canal a few days later which I had to pay more for. Then they kept billing me $300 after I paid what was agreed. I'll be trying a new dentist next time.
