Honestly, I've been coming to this Mooresville location for 20 years now. Even with management changes over time, the staff has always been amazing! They still treat you with such care and professionalism, plus they've got this positive energy that really helps. My general dentistry visits here have been consistently great. Couldn't be happier with how they handle everything!

I was really looking forward to my appt yesterday with Chelsea. When I arrived, no one was up front. I was in the waiting room for over 7 minutes without seeing anyone. The receptionist came out and was very friendly. When the hygienist came out, it was not Chelsea. I wasn’t aware that Chelsea had left and was a little taken back. I wish there was a little additional transparency for us, as patients, if we aren’t having an appt with the person we scheduled with.
After finding out that there are actually no full-time hygienists, I am a tick concerned. Some transparency would be helpful.

The dentist working on my crown here in Mooresville injured my gum while taking measurements for the temporary. Both the temporary crown and my gum hurt for three weeks straight. When she tried to put the permanent crown on, it was the wrong size, so she had to put the temporary back after adjustments. My tooth and gum kept hurting badly. After getting home, the pain spread to my mouth, neck, and right ear - from morning till night, it was just constant pain with the crown work.

I, once again, received a bill in the mail for an invoice sent in error, originating from dental service provided in 2023. I have made multiple calls, spoken with accounting and shared proof of insurance payment again and again. This invoice was even SENT TO COLLECTIONS last year. I had to call to have them withdraw it. They’ve told me multiple times that the issue was being addressed. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of attention and action taken to fix this. If they can’t handle resolving one invoice, how can anyone trust that the right level of attention is placed within the rest of the practice and your teeth? I started seeing another dentist and the experience is a night and day difference.
Very misleading, horrible job. Bad customer service and absolutely no followup. No accountability. Unnecessary sales. They pulled my tooth and I paid $500 out of pocket for something they said I needed for a future implant ((that they were going to handle)). After healing, I followed up for implant like they said to do and they then said I need to go elsewhere and they no longer accept my medical coverage. I had care credit to cover the cost, which was discussed prior to any procedure being done, yet they still dropped myself and my kids at this dentist.
Tell them you'll pay them when the job is done if your insurance doesn't cover it.
The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth and took X-rays was top notch. Dr. Shannon and her dental assistants were amazing. They educated me on the x-rays and treatment plan. Making sure I was comfortable and safe during the entire visit. Dr. Shannon also texted me that night to make sure I was feeling ok and with suggestions on how I could be more comfortable. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
As a new patient at this Mooresville practice, my experience was really pleasant. Had a painless cleaning and complete x-ray panel - the office is beautiful with state-of-the-art equipment too. I need a crown for a broken tooth, and they gave me a printout of costs upfront so no surprises. Filling out paperwork electronically beforehand made everything go smoother. I went to Parkway after not having seen a dentist in many years (decades, even), knowing that I needed extensive work. I also suffer from anxiety and it was very hard to face the process. However, Dr. Snipe and the staff all have treated me with such care and compassion and patience and did not make me feel bad about anything (including the time I cried in the chair haha). They have approached the work I needed without judgement, in an efficient but compassionate way. The techs and hygienist I have seen have also been wonderful, friendly, gentle, and understanding. If you're worried about facing judgement over needing work, or you have dental anxiety, I cannot recommend Dr. Snipe and this office highly enough. I have been very satisfied with the work I've gotten done so far (almost done!! getting there!) and especially impressed with the warmth and genuine kindness of everyone at the practice. I can't say I look forward to going to the dentist yet, but I definitely look forward to seeing everyone at the office :)
I was able to get a new patient appointment quickly and the staff and dentist was super nice!!! I was very embarrassed because I haven't been to the dentist in several years so I knew I needed a lot of work done. The dentist and staff made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that there wasn't any judgment! I immediately called my mom after leaving the office to share my experience! So, most likely she will be making her appointment soon. I also went home with a goodie bag of products to help me along my journey to having healthy teeth again and being able to smile with confidence! 😁❤️

First visit to this Mooresville dental clinic and the team was fantastic! My hygienist Lyndsey (I think that was her name) was so kind and compassionate - she explained everything in a way I could actually understand. The dentist was amazing too, really empathetic about my treatment plan and needs. Grateful for the whole team and looking forward to making this my regular spot for dental care!

Being new to Mooresville, it took me a bit to find a dentist that took my insurance and had good reviews. Dr. Snipe had so many positive reviews I had to try her! Came in for a cleaning and everyone was super friendly - Lindsey the hygienist was great, Dr. Snipe was lovely, and Whitney squeezed my husband in last-minute before the holidays. The whole team impressed me, and now I'm happy to call this my new dental clinic!

The staff here are so friendly!! I don’t feel like I’m just another patient walking through the door. The front desk staff are friendly and engaging. Chelsea makes you feel right at home through your entire cleaning and Dr. Snipe is kind and ready to help you achieve your oral health goals.
