Honestly, I've had such a frustrating experience with Parkway Smile Center in Belleville, IL. They've cancelled three of my appointments at the last minute over the past year, even though I scheduled them months ahead. It feels like scheduling is only convenient for them, not for patients needing routine check-ups. The customer service has really gone downhill, and I miss Dr. Heilig. I'd recommend finding an independently owned practice instead of dealing with this corporate dental care.

Had an appointment at Parkway Smile Center hoping for cosmetic dentistry, but it was a terrible experience. They didn't tell me they couldn't provide the services I wanted, then misgendered me throughout the visit. When I pointed it out, the dentist just said she was 'sorry I felt that way' instead of apologizing properly. As a trans person in Belleville, I'd strongly recommend others in our community avoid this place.

My mom and I were patients here in Belleville, but we won't be coming back. My mom has asthma and can't wear a mask, plus she's in a walking boot. The front desk lady made her walk out the back door and all around the muddy, slanted building to her car when she could barely walk. Then when I came in, they told me to pull up my mask while another employee right there had hers completely off. For emergency dental care, you need better accessibility and consistency.

Not a fan that Parkway Smile Center in Belleville no longer has Saturday hours. Some of us really struggle to make weekday appointments for routine check-ups. On the bright side, Melissa is the greatest hygienist—she's fantastic during visits.
