Ashley made me feel so comfortable throughout the cleaning that I almost forgot I was at the dentist! Mariam's exam was very thorough—I appreciate the time she took to check each tooth for decay. Honestly, we had such a great experience at Pathways Dental Care in ON for our 4-month-old's tongue tie release. The staff did an excellent job explaining all the exercises we needed to do and were super supportive throughout. When we arrived, they had this cozy room ready so I could breastfeed my baby privately after the procedure—it made everything so much more comfortable. The actual release was super quick, and my baby was calm and happy right after. They even checked in the next day to see how he was healing and scheduled a follow-up appointment a week later. He healed so fast, and we felt really supported the whole time.

Since I recently finished my treatment at Pathways Dental Care in ON, I figured I'd write a thorough review. I looked at a lot of places, and this one seemed to have good reviews, but as I spoke more with friends and family, I realized I don't think I got the most from this dentist. I originally went to get my teeth straightened. They offered me SureSmile ($6400), and I was okay with it mainly because I thought they didn't have Invisalign. I found out at the end that they had it but never gave it to me as an option in the quotes I requested—disappointing because I would've preferred Invisalign for orthodontics.

Pathways Dental Care in ON has been wonderful for the past few years since I started going for my regular checkups here. I really enjoyed when they had a female dentist—the last few times I've seen the dentist (not just the hygienist doing my treatments), it's always been a male. Crossing my fingers for the female dentists to return from leaves or for them to hire more! I usually have the same hygienist, and she is wonderful. Will begin to bring my son soon for his dental check-ups, and I'm confident they'll do a great job!

Pathways Dental Care in ON is fantastic. The team is very accommodating, and the reception staff are always friendly and organized, with lots of helpful reminders before your appointment. During my visit, the hygienist was excellent—she helped my three-year-old son feel comfortable and even made the experience fun for him. The office is clearly designed with kids in mind, which makes a big difference. The dentist was professional and offered practical strategies for moving forward. Going to the dentist still causes me to be anxious. But as soon as I walk in, the reception is friendly, and everyone I’ve dealt with (I don’t remember everyone’s names!) have made me feel calm and completely fear free. I like that they check you are comfortable at intervals and talk you through the procedures, it changes the whole experience, brings the anxiety right down🙂
In this hectic world, it’s refreshing to go to a place of business that makes you feel like you matter. I really appreciate that.

Started going to Pathways Dental Care in ON about a month ago, and I'm so happy I did. The whole staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always on time. The front desk staff, dentist (Dr. Cadete), assistant (Fay), hygienist (Devisha), Sydney in finance, and Kathy who took my X-rays all did an amazing job. The dentist personally called me to check up post-extraction. My teeth look and feel better than they have in years. They took time to make sure you understand the procedures and even ask for your input. Honestly, I'm very happy with the whole experience for dental implants and have been telling my friends.
