Came in with terrible, excruciating pain and was honestly super anxious. This office in Federal Way was amazing—they got me in right away after my dentist referred me. Had my second root canal at Peak Endodontics in Federal Way today. Honestly, both the doctor and staff were excellent. They listened to all my quirky requests—I brought my own blanket and asked for a neck pillow, no problem. Pain control was top-notch. Root canals are never fun, but if you gotta do it, this place in Federal Way is a great choice. Highly recommend for endodontic therapy.

What an amazing place! Everyone in this clinic was extremely helpful and compassionate to my 14 year old scared to death daughter. They allowed her tons of extra time and care to get ready for the procedure and never tried to push her or us to get started. Thanks so much for making this experience the best it could possibly be.

Disappointed with lack of transparency. Was charged $300 for a CBCT scan without proper consent. I already had this done at my dentist. No one told me it wouldn't be covered by insurance. Got a surprise bill via text. They showed me paperwork I signed, but honestly, it wasn't clear.

Love Dr Johnson....his thorough attention to this new patient was evident and very much appreciated. I came for a consultation as a referral from my regular dentist, but when he knew he could fix one problem tooth with a root canal (and no crown, a double layer permanent fill), it was a good solution. He also gave me a referral for my other problem tooth, and we discussed my options and he answered my questions. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the communication about the location of my appointment, which was scheduled for Covington office. I didn't know that it would actually be in Federal Way until I saw the confirmation text the morning of the appointment....and thankfully I happened to notice it said "Peak-Federal Way." Apparently I wasn't the only one because I overheard 2 others in the waiting room who said the same thing. I do recommend Dr Johnson for his thoroughness, thoughtful communication and care for this patient.
