My daughter Madi had a tooth ache at 1pm. I called PDA and the dentist saw her at 3:30. My daughter loves her dentist.
The staff was pleasant to deal with, no complaints there. But I wish there was more privacy in the treatment area. Also, it'd be great if they were in network with Delta Dental – I've confirmed they can register. They redid X-rays that my son already had at our primary dentist, and I unexpectedly had to pay upfront. Maybe I missed it in the paperwork, but using existing X-rays would save us money. I may cancel my son's upcoming appointment because of this.

The staff is fantastic and very helpful. They treat the kids and parents very kindly. I went with an emergency issue for my child and was placed on schedule almost immediately. The cost is very affordable for those without insurance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. Top notch service.

I had my 2 and 4 years olds with the same appointment time and their names were called exactly at their appointment time and we were getting back in the car 45 minutes later. That was with one of them also getting tooth x-rays, so I appreciate the swiftness of the appointment.
At our last double appointment, there was a long gap between cleaning and seeing dentist and we missed a gymnastics class because it went so long. Today was our third appointment, so last time may have been a one off.
Everyone has been super nice to my kids and making appointments has been super easy.

I had a bad experience with scheduling and communication at a PRIOR pediatric dentist and have heard horror stories of kid dentists from friends and family.... so I definitely think this this place is a hidden gem.
Oh, they have a little indoor play gym with stairs to climb and windows to wave through for the kids, as well as TVs for cartoons. They also give stickers and little prizes when the kids are done.
Very sweet doctor & hygienists, assessed my son’s issues and formed a plan of action with his best interests in mind! I will use them for all of my babies dental needs from now on!
I cannot recommend this pediatric dentistry practice enough! As a mom of three, two with autism, I did thorough research before bringing my 3-year-old. The entire staff was kind, mindful, and accommodating. They answered all my questions and reassured my worries. There's a playground and Disney movies playing – super kid-friendly. 10/10 recommend to all my friends and family in Bossier City!
