After a horrible experience at Western Dental, I was lucky to find this place. My kids have been coming here for years. They're fast, attentive, and very friendly. The doctor tells it like it is and doesn't sugar coat anything for my kids—I love that. She is a rip off charging outrageous fees to fix cavitys and a fee to fill out a mandatory form for school this should not be legal don't bring your kids if your on medical don't cause she will find things to charge you for that make no sense
Dr. Oriola was my children's pediatric dentist for 12 years or more, and they loved her! I loved her! They always wanted to keep plaque buildup in check so she wouldn't get on them. Now that they're adults, they don't want to see another dentist because they trusted her. Don't expect her to tolerate misbehavior—parents are responsible for that. My younger one had behavioral issues at first but eventually looked forward to his after-visit gift. Great for pediatric dental exams in San Bernardino.

BEWARE! If I could give zero stars I would. The doctor is very rude and needs to work on her manners. She accused my son of breaking her X-ray sensor and said 'that's going to cost me money' within 30 seconds of meeting us—no hello or anything. Then she started 'informing' me about conscious sedation and said it's for 'kids like him that don't listen.' I had to stop her and tell her she was being rude. Not a good experience for pediatric dentistry in San Bernardino.

Excellent dental experience! I've been taking my children here for 10 years. I'm grateful for the staff and doctor. My kids are always happy to come for their annual visits. They enjoy the colorful theme room. Health and safety was their highest priority during COVID. Best children's hospital in San Bernardino for fluoride treatments and checkups!

After being a patient for a little over 8 years. I was told I had to pay 100 dollar broken fee for missing my child's appointment. Mind you, I have never missed a appointment. Not to mention if your child has plaque build up on their teeth the doctor will not remove it during a cleaning. Instead she will charge a fee for any plaque removal.
Doctor is very rude, 1st she assumed I didn’t speak English, and asked the Assistant to translate. She is rude to kids has no patience and makes sarcastic remarks. I switched doctors pretty quick after my son told me she was very rude during treatment while I wasn’t present. Stay away.
I wouldn't give any stars but needed to warn you. Did not like this place at all. The assistants were nice, but the doctor was very mean to my son. She said he wasn't a kid to treat with—he's only 3 years old. My son is friendly if treated well, but if someone treats him bad, no one will like it, especially a 3-year-old. That doctor needs to be moved out. Not recommending for pediatric dentistry in San Bernardino.

Absolutely amazing place!!! My daughters first time at the dentist so she was nervous walking in. The staff here made her feel so relaxed and comfortable, she loves going to the dentist now!
The entire staff is so friendly! Which makes bringing my kids in so much easier, Dr is awesome! She always gives a toy to the kids, they love her, worth the 30 min drive
The dentist have no patients with kids my daughter told me while their doing a procedure to her teeth because she start get scared the doctor became rude and keep telling on her that “ it is ridiculous and the dental assistant told to my daughter to shut her mouth “ I was shocked when she told that to me I don’t even talk to my daughter like that,but don’t get me wrong their work done is good ,but I wish they become more patient to their patients specially they are pediatric dentist, kids take it seriously when adults treating then rude.

I wish I could put zero stars. The assistants were kind to my son—they saw he was nervous and showed him how the air/water, suction, and cleaning features worked. However, once the dentist came in (an older African lady with a strong accent), her demeanor was extremely rude and disrespectful. She wasn't kind to my son. He simply put his hand on the arm rest and she told him not to touch it. She then warned me about juice causing cavities and recommended no fruit snacks or juice (which he rarely has). Not a good experience for children's teeth cleanings in San Bernardino.

Was a faithful patient for 11 years but finally I had a very bad experience with one of the assistants and the dr was very rude to me so not going back.

Staff was super nice and friendly and efficient I was out of there in 30 mins for a 6 month check up and xrays.
The doctor is awesome with kids. She tells parents how it is and what needs to be done, and what will happen if you don't do it. No sugar coating. Kids are comfortable with her and the staff. They get a surprise after each visit. If they need any work like fillings, it's done in the office and they make sure the kids feel no pain. Great pediatric dentist in San Bernardino!

The doctor is the best kids' dentist I've come across. She really listens and answers all your questions about your child's oral health. She tells it like it is to parents.
