Mixed experience at this Northlake pediatric dentistry. Dr. Ashcroft was great - took time to explain things and listened attentively. Front desk staff were nice too. But the hygienist wearing Halloween scrubs didn't make my child feel comfortable and seemed a bit rude. Also had to redo the X-rays, which was frustrating. The emergency dental care aspect was fine, but that hygienist interaction was unpleasant.

Our 3 kids have seen Dr. Jay and his team for over 5 years now. Dr. Jay is kind, patient and knowledgeable. His staff is professional and efficient. Our oldest has Down syndrome, and Dr. Jay came highly recommended. He’s worked great with her orthodontist to get her the best treatment, too.

This is definitely overdue. We have been seeing Dr. Ashcroft’s office for over 10 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and patience he gives my boys. Dr. Ashcroft and his amazing team are incredibly child-friendly and patient, especially with my youngest who has always been fearful of the dentist. Dr. Ashcroft’s calm demeanor ensure that my boys always feel comfortable during their visits. After trying several dentists, I can confidently say that Dr. Ashcroft is the best around. My boys always leave with a smile on their face. The staff is professional, welcoming, and truly dedicated to making each visit a positive experience.
