Dr. Jordan Troung was excellent — super professional and did a great job during my daughter's dental surgery (she had a lot of decay). The clinical service was definitely 5-star. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is a billing mix-up afterwards involving some codes. It did get resolved eventually, so if you go here, the pediatric dentistry is top-notch, just keep an eye on the paperwork. Overall, a great experience for cavity fillings in Bossier City.

I called the day before to schedule an appointment for my children's teeth cleaning and got a price quote. But when we arrived, the price was different. I told the front desk I only wanted the cleaning, not the x-ray. She said I'd need to sign a consent form, which I did. Then another staff member said the dentist wouldn't proceed with just the cleaning. Felt really misled about the pricing and what was required.

Professional, clean, kind. Our 13-year-old has an autoimmune disease and a lot of allergies, and can't be around others. The dental hygienist and dentist were true professionals, making sure she got proper care. I recommend this dentistry hands down. So thankful to know we have a great pediatric dental office in North Bossier City.

My daughter needed a chipped tooth fixed. I talked to the staff about possibly using less sedation medication, but she ended up getting three different sedation meds. When I tried to discuss my concerns with the doctor, he wouldn't let me explain, just said I should have spoken up earlier. But the staff never explained what the medications were or what would be used. Felt really dismissed.

We're new to the area and had a great experience with this office! My kiddo gets super anxious about x-rays, but they went above and beyond to calm his nerves. Autumn was so sweet and patient during his cleaning, and Taylor was excellent with the sealants and handling his anxiety. Very impressed, would definitely recommend for pediatric dental exams in Bossier City!

Great care and service for my kiddos. The techs and dentist were patient and attentive during their appointments. Plus, my kids love the machine where they get a free toy after the visit! Makes teeth cleanings in Bossier City something they actually look forward to.

We love our experience with both the Shreveport and Bossier offices. Dr. Cloud and his staff were wonderful. My son had to have teeth pulled because they wouldn't come out on their own, and he has a lot of anxiety, but they helped ease his nerves and made this mama happy. They were so understanding and kind to us both! This was our first time at the Bossier office and it's amazing — bigger, newer, and has a play area for the kids. We usually go to Shreveport since it's closer, but Bossier City is great too. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with the office. A little pricey, but they were able to get my baby girl treated the following morning for her treatment plan. I would definitely go back and highly recommend for its upscaled, great customer service. They were great with support and understanding the needs of patients and parents.

Each time I visit Pediatric Dentistry, we are treated with amazing kindness! My son had two cavities filled and a crown put on the other day and hygienist Jade and dentist Dr. Ponna were so patient and helpful with him. So thankful to have great caring people taking care of my baby!

I was SO nervous to take my 17 month old to the dentist. It ended up going great! My baby didn’t cry even once! After we left, my husband was like “Okay, but JQ was awesome” and I was like “I KNOW! You can tell she loves her job and wants to be there!”
We were both really grateful we had JQ for our daughter’s first experience. She instantly calmed my nerves as well when I saw the way she interacted with my daughter.
They also have TV’s directly above the chairs so kids can watch while they get their teeth cleaned and the lobby area has some pretty cool play equipment. I wish I had a place like this when I was a kid!
