Really appreciated the attention to detail and warm interaction. Normally I stick with the same tech and doctor for consistency—Ashley and Dr. Lynch have been outstanding. I had the pleasure of having Ashley as my hygienist and Dr. Lynch as my dentist. Ashley is a very pleasant young lady with a very vibrant attitude, she made conversations very easy and cheerful. Dr. Lynch has been a favorite of mine since we met with my college bound son. He had lost his retainer and she was the one that walked us through the process step by step and made it so easy( we had just recently moved to the area), she was just very welcoming. Fast forward to my appointment, she was the the same, very welcoming, friendly and patient. She definitely wants what is best for you and goes out of her way to find the best possible answers for you. Perfect Smiles has our family's business now and for as long as we live in the area.
My tooth emergency was terribly painful! I headed in to Perfect Smile’s office without an appointment about 8:10am. Dr. Freeman helped me out. How knowledgable, professional, accommodating and kind Dr Freeman and everyone was! They were able to fit me in, taught me about my infection, gave me options, and executed smoothly. They were amazing!! Everyone made my daughter feel comfortable and talked her through every step as it was her first time getting extractions. Even my daughter kept saying how sweet and awesome they were. I would highly recommend them.
I appreciate how fast they got me an appointment. My tooth pain was unbearable and it was a Friday. I got in that day. My dentist, Dr. Lynch was amazing and diagnosed the problem, prescribed antibiotics and set up a plan to remedy the problem. The facility is impressive and the staff is wonderful.
