I went to another dentist who gave me an extreme treatment plan costing thousands. Then I came to Perl for a basic cleaning, and they showed I just had a few cavities needing simple fillings. Update: In response to Perl's poor response below. I confirmed the appointment on Jan 23rd. Schedules change. The reminder text came only two hours before, not 24-48 hours as stated. Instead of being understanding, they continue to charge me and post misleading info. This handling is unacceptable. I do not recommend Perl Smile Company for professional, patient-centered care in Atlanta.

When I saw the 5-star rating, I was suspicious. But my first visit was for a dental emergency, and Dr. Perlow fit me in when my dentist couldn't. After meeting him and the staff, I realized my old office lacked warmth. Everyone was genuinely kind and personable. That's why I switched. I waited almost a year to write this because I needed to be sure—and I'm still happy. Great for emergency dentistry and veneers in Atlanta.

Dr. Volpe is the best dentist I've ever been to! She listened to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly. She even sat down with me afterward to talk through one concern—I've never had a doctor be so kind and attentive. Her bedside manner is incredible. I just returned from my first visit at Perl Smile Co. and I could not be more impressed. The entire staff is so nice and friendly. Napoleon is the best hygienist I have ever had and I am 75 years old. He is very thorough and my teeth feel great. Dr. Perlow impressed me as being very competent and caring. I started having a terrible tooth ache today. I called the office and even though Dr Perlow was booked all day he had me come to the office at closing. I really appreciate his concern and staying after hours to help get me out of pain. The office atmosphere is very casual and friendly which is helpful when thinking about dental procedures.
