After being a patient for 20 years, I'm really disappointed with how the front desk has changed. Dr. Rich is still amazing and most of the hygienists are great, but the front office staff? Yikes. I got a nasty voicemail from them, and when I brought it up, the lady was just as rude and off-putting. They also demanded cash payment upfront, which felt really sketchy. Honestly, I can't recommend Pine Ridge Dental in Lincoln anymore, which is a shame because the clinical care used to be top-notch.

Honestly, Pine Ridge Dental is one of the best in Lincoln. The team at both locations is polite and helpful. Dr. Augustine is thorough—explained everything about my procedure and aftercare. I was scared of needing a root canal, but he did another procedure to potentially save my tooth. So thankful! I know I'm in good hands.

Went in for a mouthguard fitting. Dr. Kevin was upfront about the cost—$600 if insurance doesn't cover it—and asked if I was okay with that. They checked with insurance first and rescheduled me. I really appreciated that honesty, which feels rare. Wish they'd checked when I booked, but still, it was a good experience.

I’ve had a long hard history of dental work after breaking my teeth as a kid and I’ve always been disappointed with other dental work in my past, but Dr. Kevin and Thushara have been simply amazing to work with! They helped me through a months-long process to get crowns and veneers on my front four teeth after doing some in-office whitening. When I was unsure of the color after we got them back from the lab, they made it very clear that they were not happy until I was. I have a hard time speaking up for myself if it inconveniences others, but they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them at all. The follow ups have been great and their patience and attention to detail are incredible. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental team 😊
Had a crown replacement. Waited only one minute in the waiting room, then whisked into the room for 90 minutes. Everything was explained along the way, and it went perfectly. I, like a lot of people, hate going to the dentist. But everyone at Pine Ridge Dental is amazing and super friendly. They're very accommodating to any special needs and patient with any dental anxiety. They always explain everything very well too. I've been going here for 8 years and I have not intentions of ever changing that!

Such a wonderful experience! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted, given the paperwork I needed to fill out in a friendly & professional manner. I did not wait long & got to see Andi for my cleaning. She took such good care of me! I felt heard & given individualized information for my needs. Then I met with Dr. Nolte. He was also nice & provided me with the options I needed. I felt relieved that something could be done for my dental care. Great dental office! Highly recommend!
The ladies at the front desk are personable and had a cancellation so they called and I got in even earlier! Dr. Kevin is very thorough and explains things really well. He puts me at ease because I always am a little nervous about seeing the dentist. I highly recommend the staff and dentists there.

The receptionist rushed out today to help me get into the office because the extremely high winds made walking without falling impossible for me.
