They really pay attention to my special needs and make me feel comfortable—even with my dental anxiety. The East Ridge location is super convenient too. I never feel trapped in the chair, which is huge for me. My crown and future treatment plan are solid, thanks to the dentists, hygienists, and office staff working together. My dentist was great, and the hygienist did a good job with my cleaning. But I gotta say, I felt like I was getting a sales pitch for a sleep apnea machine. She said my mouth showed signs, but I don't have any symptoms. Also mentioned I should use a waterpik. It was the first time a dental office did an apnea screening, and it just felt pushy. I've always liked my past visits, so this was a bit off-putting.

I made an appointment for the 23rd last week. I wanted it on the 23rd because I was seeing the oral surgeon on the 22nd. Today is the 23rd and I had not received a text message reminding me of my appointment so I called this morning to confirm. I was informed there was not an appointment for me. After being put on hold for awhile, the receptionist said she found a record of me calling, but no appointment had been set up. I was instructed to come in at 3:30. I arrived on time and was taken back into the examining room, where an employee told me that the 56th St. office did not have the right equipment to make the impressions for my permanent dentures. When I called this morning, I made it clear what the appointment was for. How could your staff not know the equipment was at the other office? I made an unnecessary trip across town and now have to wait 11 days for a new appointment. Very disappointing.

I have been going to Pine Ridge Dental for about 17 years. Dr. Tom and his staff are very welcoming and easy to talk to. The visits are short and sweet. However, Dr Tom picked up on a tooth that had significantly decayed since my last checkup. He was quick to find the decay under a crown. I didn't feel it, because it had been a root canal. I enjoyed talking to Kathleen today, too! Everyone there is super friendly.

I do a semi-annual check up twice a year with them.Get my teeth cleaned and x rayed if needed. I've always feel comfortable and well taken care of. All of the technicians and doctors are wonderful and enjoy their services. Great options for hours open. I don't have dental insurance.They offer an on call club where they will call you when you are due for a cleaning just to fill in a vacant spot and you get twenty percent off. It is a great service for me.Have been using them for over twenty years.
