Would not recommend. They put a device in my daughter's mouth that my ex wife signed off on. Now the device is falling apart and since my ex won't pay the bill anymore they refuse to at minimum take the device out. Really frustrating situation.

From check-in to check-out, everyone was super nice! The front desk ladies got us scheduled quickly and were really kind. The hygienist did a great job with my 4 and 2 year old—thorough and efficient. Dr. Jackson answered all my questions and the whole team worked well together. We had the best experience at Playtime Dental! Dr. Cockley is incredible. My daughter had to get her tooth filled (she is young), and I've never seen my girl so relaxed! Instead of fearing the dentist after getting a filling, her response was "I wish I could stay at the dentist!". I couldn't recommend him and his practice more!
Seems like we may have a Dentist in the family when she grows up!

From check-in to check-out, all the staff make you feel welcome and never judge you or your kid. They just want to help your kid towards healthy teeth. Insurance stuff is on the patient to look into—they're just the messenger. My kid is on the spectrum, and from the dental assistant to the dentist, they accommodate. We love Playtime Dental. My son was 5 at his first visit and needed a filling. He was scared, but the staff explained everything at his level. Dr Jackson and his staff are amazing! We've been coming here for years and have no complaints about anything. I've taken both of my kids here, they've both had caps, and one now has braces. They are always responsive when I have questions and quick when we need to get in for whatever reasons. Everyone is always friendly and I appreciate that they take the time to explain everything that they do before they do it.

We just went to playtime dental for the first time and i was super satisfied!! The girls at the front desk were so kind and welcoming and so helpful and the dental assistant and dentist were great with my daughter. even though she was nervous and fidgeting most of the time they made her feel more comfortable and were able to do what needed to be done!

Have several nieces and nephews who go to playtime dental and i’ve never heard a complaint. they make dentist appointments fun for kids! staff is very gentle, especially with higher anxiety children! will definitely be sending my daughters here when they are toddler age! if you need a pediatric dentist and don’t know where to begin, you’ll never have to keep searching once you choose Playtime Dental :)

Dr. Jackson did amazing with my kiddos. My son has sensory issues and didn't want to participate, but Dr. Jackson got right in there and helped calm him down. Office manager Whitney was also awesome—answered all my questions and helped calm my little guy too. The office is clean, kid-friendly, and really nice.
