Had to see Dr. Paul for an emergency visit this week because my teeth have been a mess my whole life. He actually took the time to explain everything and worked out a plan that respected my co-pays with this awful dental insurance that nobody else takes. I've been to so many dentists in Farmingdale and elsewhere where they either don't care or quote crazy prices after saying they're in-network. A couple times I just walked out during exams. Finally found someone who's honest and actually helps. Definitely sticking with Plaza Dental for my cosmetic bonding and general dentistry needs.

My boyfriend had a tooth removed and afterwards was in excruciating pain in the tooth next to the extraction site. He could hardly eat and missed days of work. He went back to Plaza Dental and they said he'd need a root canal a week later, and couldn't offer any pain relief in the meantime. They even asked 'have you tried Tylenol?' I sent him to my family's dentist who took him same day. Turns out he didn't need a root canal—just a cavity extraction. Now he's fine. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Had to switch dentists due to a change in coverage through my employer. This place is a vast improvement over my last dentist. We even pulled the kids out of their pediatric dentist and we have Dr. Paul take care of the entire family. Dr. Paul has “sweet air” available for younger kids if needed which was awesome for us because our last dentist had to refer our kids to a pediatric dentist for this service. The hygienist (Jessica) is also top quality. My wife said it was the best cleaning she had ever sat for in her life. Highly recommend this practice.
