The dental hygienist and dentist provided acceptable clinical care, but the administrative side was a mess. Over nine months, I tried calling and texting multiple times with no response. They said my payment was going toward a service I never received, so I had to file complaints. When I visited in person, no apology or resolution. Really frustrating experience with billing.

Been going here for 3 years now. Dr. Van Buskirk does really nice work—just had my front teeth fillings replaced and was in and out in half an hour. Everyone is friendly and professional. Sara at the front desk is everyone's favorite—she's super accommodating with scheduling. Highly recommend for dental fillings and routine care in Dickinson.

Been in Dickinson my whole life, and finding a good dentist was tough until I found Plaza Dental. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and Dr. Buskirk was really enthusiastic about fixing my smile. The whole place is so relaxing—they even have massages built into the chairs! And the waterfall feature is so cool. Felt like I could actually breathe in there. Definitely recommending them to everyone for cosmetic dentistry and routine cleanings.

Very disappointed. They didn't disclose that payments are non-refundable. I gave a week's notice to change my mind about a root canal and crown, but they kept my deposit. This was within 24 hours of my first appointment. Not fair at all.

Not being from North Dakota, finding a dentist in Dickinson was tough. My wife finally got an appointment at Plaza Dental. Dr. Van Buskirk did a thorough exam and found an issue no other dentist caught. Through his referral, I'll get it fixed. If I lived here year-round, I'd gladly travel to this practice. I have been made to feel an inch big at several dental offices. This was exactly the opposite. I can't remember her name but she had short blonde hair and a big beautiful ring and she made me feel deserving and worth a great smile. She was the highlight of my visit. Everyone made me feel welcome and I haven't felt that kind of hope for a smile in a long time.

Coming in with serious dental anxiety, everyone here is extremely comforting. Alexis was very helpful when a panic attack hit me and the doc was very understanding. The gals up front eased my mind explaining other procedures that I needed and nobody made me feel silly about having such anxiety.

My second visit here and the front office staff are friendly and helpful. I just had my teeth cleaned this time, and last time had x-rays taken, but it's much closer to go here than my previous dentist, which was wonderful, but is on the eastern part of the state. It was great while I lived there, but have been still going there while I lived here in Dickinson for a year, so it was time to find a local dentist. Thanks for making the transition easier.

Amazing dentist and staff! I chipped a tooth and they got me in right away. Not only did they see me immediately, but they also put in a temporary tooth that same day. One of the best dentist experiences I have had! I’m not the calmest of clients, however the beautiful ambiance of the clinic, the amazing friendly staff who go beyond to welcome you and make you feel comfortable help immensely. Dr Buskirk is super gentle, a perfectionist and extremely good dentist - one of the best I’ve met - and I’ve met many! I highly recommend this dental practice and would give 10 stars if google would let me!

By far the best dental clinic in all of Western North Dakota! I needed to see a dentist after I had an incident that damaged three of my teeth. I called them at 6:00pm and they took me right in to look at the damage. They accommodated my schedule and repaired my teeth the very next day! Every single staff member was professional as well as very friendly. The dental work that the Dentist performed was so well done that no one ever even knew I had to have my teeth repaired. If you're not leaving your dental clinic to switch to Plaza Dental you're seriously doing yourself and your teeth a disservice. Thank you Plaza Dental, You're the BEST!

I would like to thank Dr. Van & his wonderful team for all they did for me. I was always greeted kindly & with so much professionalism. I haven’t ever gone to a dentist & never felt a shot (thank you Dr. Van) it made it so comfortable to come in. Always asked how I was doing while treating me.
