One of my favorite things is watching the Great British Baking Show while getting my teeth cleaned! My teeth feel polished and perfect after each visit. I've been going to the Grandview location for years and never had any issues. The staff recognizes me and calls me by name, which is always a nice surprise. The only thing is my hygienist didn't introduce herself the last two times—I'd like to know who's cleaning my teeth for 30 minutes! But I love the water pick they use instead of the scraping tool. Overall, Polaris Dental Care in Columbus is solid for routine cleanings and Invisalign check-ins.

I was a loyal patient at Polaris Dental Care Grandview Yard for many years and always paid everything upfront—as they required. They were very strict about making sure no balance was ever left unpaid. So I was shocked and devastated to receive a collections notice two years after I left, for a balance I was never told about. I was never emailed or mailed anything, and they had always contacted me by text or phone before. This is not how you treat long-term patients. It’s deeply disappointing.

I had my first dentist appointment here today. It has been an embarrassingly long time since I have seen a dentist, so I was extremely nervous. Right when I entered, the receptionist was lovely. She immediately asked if I was *my name* for my 9 am appointment, asked me if i was able to find the area, and we chit chatted for a moment. The wait time was basically non existent. Ally was the one who cleaned my teeth and helped me with Xrays. She was knowledgeable, nonjudgmental, and funny. It also helped put me right at ease that she would answer all my questions in a respectful way and did not make me feel bad for not seeing a dentist sooner. I got to see Dr Magno for my exam. She was also very knowledgeable, nonjudgmental, and personable. I felt like I was in and out, and I was able to schedule my next appointment super easily. I also appreciated that Ally and Dr Magno explained their findings and recommendations very thoroughly but in a “easy to understand” way.
I would HIGHLY recommend this place especially if you were like me: super nervous about judgement/possible issues/etc.
BONUS: this place has a big parking lot which a lot of places in columbus cannot say!
Came here for a new patient exam and my first cleaning in a while, and worked with Ally. She was really friendly and informative, and she talked me through every step of what she was doing and why. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was on the same page about my options. Dr. Magno was awesome too - both were really friendly and made sure I was informed about my dental health. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be happy to be there. Definitely recommend this place!
I highly recommend Polaris Dental Care. They continue to do outstanding work, from the time I chipped a tooth and they fixed it seamlessly, to whitening, to regular cleanings. My husband and I both had our teeth cleaned today, and it was a smooth, efficient dental visit. Each of our appointments lasted the allotted 1 hour, got some great input on taking care of our teeth, and my hygientist, Alley, is the best! My husband and I both loved the dentist that examined us at the end. The office is clean and bright, and minimal other patients in the waiting room. I highly recommend Polaris Dental Care!

Me and my daughter had appointments today and I was extremely happy with the experience. The waiting room is extremely comfy and the ladies behind the desk were very friendly. We showed up about 15 minutes before or appointments and were both called back before our actual appointment times. They have a TV on the wall and the ceiling so you can watch the great British bake off in every direction. The hygienist was so great with my five year old, very patient and friendly and the lady who cleaned my teeth was also extremely nice. The dentist was also fantastic. She answered all my questions, have a very thorough exam and double checked things I asked about. Then the last behind the desk came up with a payment plan and was super patient with all my questions because I was about to switch insurance plans and she helped me compare whether to get the treatment now or wait a month. Couldn't have asked for a better dentist visit.
