Dr. Farid Toub is fantastic. He removed all four of my wisdom teeth, and it was a complicated case. From the first visit, he made me feel comfortable and confident. He explained everything clearly and was upfront about what to expect. Surgery went smoothly, and recovery was much easier than expected—minimal pain. First time getting a wisdom tooth extracted, and I was really nervous. But with nitrous oxide, numbing cream, and local anesthesia, I felt NO PAIN at all! Kiera, the assistant, was so welcoming and made me feel like I could do anything. She helped me face my fear. Dr. Patel was down to earth, knowledgeable, and fast. Genuinely the best dentist experience I've ever had. Not "one of the best," I really do mean: THE BEST! This dental studio has officially set the standard for me for comfort, transparency, and mind blowing state of the art dental tech that blew me away. I normally don't believe in writing reviews for medical facilities but I was the one who asked for the card to share my positive experience. My dental hygienist's name was Keisha and she was particularly delightful, friendly, warm, and funny, so please if you're on the fence about facilities know that this one will take good care of you. My #7 tooth had fractured under the gum-line, so I had oral surgery with Dr. Patel on 2/5/26. Dr. Nia is my dentist, but Dr. Patel, whom I had never met, was the one who performed the extraction and the implant procedure. I confessI wasn't sure how things would go, because when I had implants at my previous dentists, they had always sedated me at the office. They will do that here, but in my case they gave me medication to take the evening before the procedure and the morning of the procedure. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I felt no pain during the procedure, and things went very smoothly. The coming out of this state of sedation was much quicker than when I was under anesthesia at the office. My mouth was a little sore for the first day or so, but that's to be expected and it was managed easily by Tylenol every 4 hours. I had no swelling or bleeding. I awoke with a retainer in my mouth which had a covering over the missing tooth. This is much better than the flipper I had with another implant. The staff at Ponce Dental Studio - Atlanta is just as great as my office located in Buckhead. If you are looking for a dental practice in Atlanta, I highly recommend Ponce Dental Studio. They have two locations - one in the Old Fourth Ward and the other in Buckhead.
Honestly my favorite dentist I’ve ever been to. Appointment was promptly on time, everyone explained what they were doing to my teeth and why, and in terms that I could understand. They were patient with my questions. Their office was clean and very comfortable. They had a separate office and went over my charges with me so everything was super clear. They even gave me a folder to hold my dental paperwork. They made me want to go back to the dentist lol! Thank you!!
The entire front desk staff was welcoming and inviting! Keisha, my dental hygienist was exceptional at her craft and did an amazing job pointing out my areas of improvement as well as recommendations. Dr. Toub was very thorough as well and attentive to my needs. Lastly, the treatment coordinator was jovial, kind, and laid out my payment/treatment options in a manner that was easy to understand. Overall, I rate this facility 5 stars and will certainly be back!
