Fantastic staff and doctor. Explained everything that was happening and the extraction I had done was done QUICKLY! I scheduled on a Monday and on Thursday I walked away without a problem tooth in less than 30 minutes! Comfortable office with decently private cubicles in a convenient part of town. If you struggle with the numbing injections, they do use a several stage process for the least discomfort, starting with gel numbing.
If you need urgent (but not true emergency) dental care or just routine dental care, consider this place! I will be returning for routine dental care and cavity fills.
This is by far the cleanest and most professional dental office I’ve ever visited. The environment is spotless, the staff is welcoming, and the level of care is exceptional. Highly recommend!!!!!

I have the worst dental fear. I am significantly less afraid of this office than others I have been to.. They are understanding and patient with me, everytime I go in. Today Marissa was my hygienist, she talked me through my procedure and held my hand when I got tense.

I went in for a tooth extraction and my nerves were already high. This was because I had one tooth extraction prior at another dentist office and it was the worst experience ever and I was in so much pain. After that I hadn’t went to the dentist in over a year because I was so traumatized from that one experience of getting my tooth extracted.
I vowed I would be better and went on the search for a dentist. Someone told me about prime dental and I figured I would give it a try.
Honestly they will be continuing to see every 6 months because my experience was totally different in a good way obviously!!! Thank you guys for restoring my faith in the dentist again!

As a new patient I am very pleased! Started to experience discomfort due to my wisdom teeth and they gave me an appointment ASAP. The day of, I checked in the front office and I didn't even wait 5 min when they called me in. I used to wait long periods of time even with an appointment at my previous dentist office so this was a pleasant surprise. Got x rays, checked and treatment prescribed in about 30 min. Super quick visit but didn't feel rushed at all

My first time calling the staff was professional and when I arrived I was greeted with a smile very kind front desk staff. Dr. Godi was very professional his hygienist told him what I had and he disagreed. The hygienist was nice. I will miss her as she informed me she was relocating

First there's the basics:
They were professional, timely and efficient. Always explained any and all options thoroughly and gave recommendations with my wife and I's concerns in mind. Incredibly patient and accommodating. Dr. Godi was calm and thorough in explaining procedures or treatments necessary, even entertained my "less than informed" ideas or suggestions, but would calmly explain best recommendations and his reasoning. Even willing to repeat himself multiple times when I struggled to understand amidst a stressful personal decision regarding my teeth.
The extraordinary above and beyond: the entire staff of technicians and assistants. Holy crap they are the most compassionate people I've ever dealt with in dental or medical. Always helped us weigh ALL of our options with our best interest and concerns in mind, giving both professional and even personal advice (by that I mean, they would give both their professional recommendations X based on evidence and best practices and also give a disclaimer that although they wouldn't professionally recommend Y they would give their own personal opinion based on experience in Y scenario.) A very HUMAN aspect that so many places lack.
They even went so far by once offering to keep their office open a touch later during a holiday week when they were scheduled an earlier closing, just to help ensure we got the professional care we needed knowing it would be a hassle to schedule there or anywhere else during that same week and what we needed was semi urgent. Just the fact they're willing to sacrifice their own time off to help my wife and I was unbelievably kind. My only upset would be that they can't do surgical things such as implants there onsite, which I can't blame them for or remove a star for, because boy I would trust them if they did... however they have a plethora of fantastic referrals they can give you when more intensive care outside their scope is required. They truly want you to get the best care you can even if they themselves aren't equipped to provide it. A place that ISNT "in it for the money"...we absolutely will continue our routine care with them and any and all services that we need that they provide, this is where we will go. I had a great experience even though I was getting a tooth pulled. I have been scared of going to the dentist for a long time due to a really bad experience getting the numbing shots. Prime Dental was really great. Everything went great and was probably the best dental visit I have ever had where I needed a tooth pulled. Everyone was really nice and I would totally recommend them. I've only had one visit, but I really like them so far. I hadn't been to the dentist in like 11 or 12 years and they didn't shame or berate me for that so that was cool. They were kind and gentle. The tech was great!

I love the fact they do the 3D dentures unlike traditional impression work for dentures. It made the denture process so much easier and my dentures actually fit better than my past set. A few small hiccups along the way, but that's to be expected, but I would highly recommend someone to the office. Never be scared to ask questions, be your own advocate, for your treatment, after all you know yourself better than they do, but take their recommendations into thought as well.

First visit with Dr Godi. I was very impressed! I appreciate new technology, and he used a device for plaque cleaning instead of that metal pick. Also, I thought I needed a crown and he said the tooth could be filled instead. Loving this so far!

From the moment I walked in to this office every single worker has been outstanding. Just moving to fort Wayne has been such a challenge with changing insurance. But everyone was so helpful. The doctor s we're outstanding and very understanding about my wants and my needs. They were helpful in determining what kind of resources and insurance I needed to complete what I would want it done. And they were helpful and communicating and providing resources. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at Prime Dental!!! They are so amazing ! I had a lot of bad dental work done at another place and my fiancé was here getting dentures and they fit me right in to begin repairing the damage that had been done to my teeth. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go that extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. The staff was very knowledgeable and they made sure I was informed about any questions I had. I definitely would give them 100 stars if that was possible. Definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Prime Dental. I was looking for a dentistry located closer to home. They are conveniently located on Coliseum Blvd near Lima Rd and were able to schedule me within 2 days. This office is a private practice but still accepts the same forms of insurance as the corporate dentistries.
The front office lady was very kind and helpful, allowing me to ask all of my questions. A new-patient form link was texted right after our call, which allowed me to fill out everything on my phone within 3 minutes. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and explanation of next steps.
My dental hygienist was 25 years experienced, friendly and knowledgeable, provided helpful feedback on all of my questions, and provided a thorough explanation of what to expect. Amber was great about uncovering my current concerns and needs to better help my oral health. Even though I was embarrassed about neglecting my teeth for 5 years, she was encouraging and provided solutions. I am very grateful for Amber’s approach, as I have often felt lectured and guilt-ridden in the past from other dentist offices.
Dr. Vijay Godi and Amber provided great recommendations to accommodate my needs, namely, a fitted mouth-guard to prevent teeth grinding, and a whitening kit for a better look. When it came time for the teeth cleaning, I was extremely impressed with the process. Dr. Godi came in and performed their notable Cavitron cleaning himself. Instead of scraping off my plaque, this machine uses high-frequency sound waves and water to remove the plaque. The removal process and polishing was smooth, comfortable, and actually had a refreshing feel.
Upon checkout, I was once again treated with kindness and professionalism from Evelina. The entire experience was amazing, and I couldn’t be happier leaving them a 5-Star review!

This dentist office was the best dentist office I’ve ever visited in my life. Everyone in this office felt like family and made my family feel special. They make you feel like you’ve finally found a dentist and staff that actually care.
