I would highly recommend you do not pursue for implant surgery. I am purely basing this off of my horrific experience post oral surgery, bone grafting, and implant placement. I pursued a dentist here thinking he was one of the best in Seattle and 6 months post procedure I continue to deal with migraines, severe head/ear ringing, and continued pain in the surgical sites. This has caused me to seek continued help from doctors trying to identify any path to help me find relief yet 6 months later to no avail. One of the biggest regrets of my life. I hope to somehow find relief and not have to deal with the adverse effects this has caused my life. :( be careful.

After experiencing a disappointing implant failure elsewhere, I was referred to Dr. Kang — and I’m so glad I was. From the very beginning, his office was professional, efficient, and respectful of my time.
Meeting Dr. Kang was a true pleasure. He took the time to clearly explain my situation and laid out a thoughtful, personalized treatment plan. Everything has proceeded exactly as he outlined — and successfully. After bone grafting and the necessary healing period, the implant has now been placed, and I’m on track to have a new tooth in about six months.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kang and his incredible team! I was so anxious when my dentist told me that I would likely need to have a gum graft procedure, but luckily I found Puget Sound Perio and got an appointment with Dr. Kang. As soon as I began chatting with him I felt so relieved because I knew that I would be in great hands. He is a very kind and empathetic provider who took the time to walk me through all of my options and answer all of my questions. He and his team did such a great job of making me feel very comfortable during the surgery. I was so surprised by how fast the surgery was! A special thanks as well to Brittanie and Gabby for all of their help getting me set up for the surgery, explaining the post op instructions, and assisting me after the surgery was complete. My surgery was yesterday and I am glad to report that I am experiencing barely any pain or discomfort. Dr. Kang is an outstanding provider and has a fantastic team. I liked the office. Very clean and modern. The blankets provided for the patients to use for the surgery were very nice and the window blinds in the operating room were really nice too. I had a bone graft with dental implant and membrane placement. Dr Kang was very professional and straightforward and I followed the aftercare instructions carefully and the surgery was a success. Dr Kang knows the dental procedures have to work for your whole life and my tooth implant should last the rest of my life, which is impressive. I had bone loss from a missing tooth and he was able to put in a bone graft and the implant at the same time. I will go in for the crown placement after the implant osseointegrates.
