Extremely disappointing experience. Bad billing and poor customer service. I've been dealing with a disputed balance they couldn't explain or back up. After I sent a written dispute asking for a zero-balance statement, they ignored it and sent another invoice with a different amount—no itemization or explanation. No dates of service, no breakdown. Really frustrating.

I've been coming here for two years since moving to Atlanta. Cleanings were fine, but they always add some mysterious charge insurance doesn't cover. Today was the last straw: I showed up on time for my 3:30 appointment, wasn't brought back until 4:10 after I asked, then sat in the room another 10 minutes with no hygienist. Got up and left. They don't respect patients' time but have no problem charging.

Highly disappointed with the service at Pure Dental in Buckhead. My bridge procedure was poorly handled by a dentist who retired mid-process. Each visit required a new dentist to finish the work—frustrating and unprofessional. One day I was numb and had high blood pressure from anxiety and pain. Dr. Scott eventually completed it, but the whole experience was a mess.

dental work was good, but they will nickel and dime you. Got a bill a whole three years after my last dental payment for over $200. When I called to ask about it, I wasn’t able to talk to a team member but left a voicemail. I then got a statement in email with no other message where I was charged three years later. I still don’t know why.

I would like to first start by saying the front desk, dental tech and Dr. Scott were amazing. The dental hygienist on the other hand could use feedback on appropriate communication and basic bedside manner.
There is a difference between providing education and lecturing a patient. Despite me acknowledging the information provided, she continued and the lecture eventually became extremely condescending. I tried to provide this feedback privately by contacting the practice manger but she unfortunately did not respond to my emails. Hopefully this feedback reaches the dental hygienist so she can improve her interactions with patients in the future. I had planned to return and was going to request another hygienist but since my emails were completely ignored I will not be returning.

This place is a 5 star place with no hesitation, the dentist is extremely good, he knows what is doing and you can tell he care about is clientele and his work. He is straight forward and you know what you need to do after talking to him. I highly recommend this place. Dr thobhani is an expert I can guarantee you that. And the front desk is full of great people that care about there customers. I will go back there for anything related to my teeth with no fear. After my tooth pulled yesterday, I know now who to go to.

Pure Dental Health was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had in my life and I even told the staff myself! They were extremely friendly and made me feel so so at home. Armando was the first person who saw me and he was so friendly and personable. I usually dread going to the dentist but I genuinely enjoyed being there. They even put a blanket over me and gave me a remote to watch whatever I wanted on Netflix during my cleaning which was amazing. Never experienced that at the dentist! Mylinh was my hygienist and was so sweet and made me feel super comfortable and in good hands. The dentist was also super friendly, professional, and funny too. I would 10/10 recommend this dentist office to anyone in Atlanta!
