When I walked in, they gave me a tour and even had a gift bag waiting—so heartwarming! The tech is state-of-the-art; I got my teeth scanned and a treatment plan in minutes. Great experience all around. Friendly staff, and I started my Invisalign treatment here—it's going really well. Even my daughter likes coming now, which says a lot. The doctor has a gentle touch and does amazing work. Honestly, couldn't be happier with my choice in Los Angeles.

Purple theme everywhere, even the decorations! Got a great price on Invisalign here. My lower teeth were crowded when I started in July, and by February they were straight. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they're open Saturdays—huge plus. I drive 10 minutes east of downtown LA and it's totally worth it.

Nice team, they do their best. Communication and treatment plans were good. But an assistant lost one of my Invisalign trays, so I had to wear an old pair—they gave me a discount as an apology. Also, after treatment, I was told nothing could be done about my bite. Mixed feelings overall.

The staff is amazing, they prepare you on what work will be done, answer all your questions, let you know in advance what your portion will be and I always get reminder on my upcoming appts. The dentist and dental assistants are great, always make you feel relaxed and no pain during treatments.

Don't go to Dr. Shauna Lee's practice. Staff is friendly, but Dr. Lee took over $700 and then refused to submit Invisalign forms. She said she'd review but never did, leaving her staff to handle it. When my teeth shifted after transferring my care, she wouldn't help. Very frustrating experience in LA.

Wow! Is what I have to say about Dr Annie who performed a thorough deep cleaning on my teeth. I was never in any pain like I have been at other dentist offices. She injected me in different spots inside my mouth but I barely felt a pinch each time. She was extremely gentle moving the needle around to spread the anesthesia and even more gentle to take the needle out. She let me rest my jaw in between cleaning each side, asked me constantly if I was ok and she even massaged my cheeks at the very end and it felt like heaven. Thank you Dr Annie, you really care about your patients! And big thanks to all the staff, they are awesome, too!

Purple Vine Dental staff are so polite and gentle. I take my Senior Mom there and every visit is VIP service. My Mom's caretaker and other family have started coming here and are so happy too with the Dental care they get. This is definitely a great place.
I'll admit that I am no fan of dental visits and it is not only because of the discomfort and my fear of the unknown, but how the dental practice operates + previous dentists who were more shameful rather than empathetic about my pain and situation. It begins with how they greet and treat you down to building of rapport in every visit. With that being said, Purple Vine is a GEM!
In my situation, I needed a root canal along with a number of fillings to be done. I found Purple Vine Dental online and it took nearly 2 weeks to get an appointment with them and somehow I knew this was a good sign because nothing good comes easy or fast in my experience. Both Rosie and Emily, who greets you at the front desk, are both very friendly faces you will meet when entering. Both are very helpful if you have any questions about your insurance/coverage, they will find out for you in a timely manner. I was taken in by Daniela who gave me a quick tour of the space and run down of the dentists who operate at the practice. She then brought me to my seat and to my surprise they put a little gift bag for me on my chair as a first time patient. Very sweet of them! Daniela is incredibly sweet, patient, kind and understanding through and through. If you are worried or afraid, I guarantee she will hear you out and make you feel a lot better. She is also very quick and efficient with doing X rays.
Dr. Triston worked on my teeth and Daniela assisted, so when I tell you that you are in good hands with this duo, BELIEVE ME. Dr. Triston is sincere and genuinely cares about his patients. He will walk you through how to read your X rays and what to look out for. He is very communicative + patient (such important traits), and is definitely pleasant to be around. Rest your fear and anxieties aside and trust me when I tell you that Purple Vine truly does place their patients wellness and comfort first without compromise. I am extremely satisfied with my experiences here to date and will continue to refer my family/friends to them. Thank you guys for your great customer service and such great team work!!!
P.S. This practice is located nearly right off the 5 freeway inside of a plaza which means parking is pretty easy breezy.

I DESPISE going to the dentist - it's seriously one of my biggest fears in my life. Due to COVID-19, I didn't get a chance to get my teeth checked for a while and was scared to go to any in-person appointments, however, I'm so glad I found Dr.Tran at Purple Vine Dental! The office staffs were super friendly and the office looked really clean and nice, which made me very feel safe. Dr.Tran was super nice, detailed, and easygoing.
