Honestly, I can't praise this office enough. I'm 26 and hadn't seen a dentist in over ten years because of severe dental phobia. I went to them in Roanoke, VA out of desperation with a painful broken tooth that needed extracting, and I'm so glad I did. The whole staff was friendly and chatted with me to keep me calm. Dr. Irby handled my emergency dental care and was incredible—he listened to my anxieties and made it painless and anxiety-free, which I didn't think was possible.
