Went to Randall Manor Dental Care in Staten Island for a routine cleaning and ended up getting cavities redone. Wish I hadn't agreed to it because ever since they worked on my back tooth, I've had nothing but problems. The tooth got super sensitive, especially when biting down, and now food gets stuck between teeth that never happened before. Went back 4-5 times over six months and they kept saying they'd fix it, but nothing really changed. Pretty frustrating experience with this Staten Island dental office.

Dr. Costa expertly fixed my broken tooth with a crown right in the office. It didn’t have to be sent to a lab and has lasted.

The office staff keeps calling me for the appointment, although I have canceled my appointment by texting them back. It is very annoying. I did not see the dentist is much better than other dentists. The hygienist Kelly is good.
i am very sorry - that was an issue on our end. we must have missed the text and i apologize for that. when we don't see a conformation in our system, we do call since a lot of times we have another patient or an emergency who can be seen in that time slot - that is likely what happened here - we were trying to avoid two people showing up for he same time.
i appreciate your feedback and am happy to say this is NOT the norm for us. i have discussed it with the staff and we will be better in the future.
I'm very happy to have Dr. Costa as my dentist. I'm a nervous dental patient but everyone makes me feel at ease from the start. The team is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Costa is professional and upbeat, he makes me feel comfortable during every step of my treatment. I appreciate that he can make high quality crowns on site and has really up to date technology overall. I highly recommend Dr. Costa!

I was sad when I found out that my dentist for the past 20 years was retiring. I am very happy now that I have started as a patient at Randall Manor Dental Care. What a relief to be in the care of Dr. Costa and his great staff. They have a very modern, efficient, and clean office. I had two older fillings replaced - painless. Dr. Costa explains what he is doing as he works.

First time at Randall Manor today and had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was so nice. Kerri, the dental hygienist, explained everything as she went along and was preemptively empathetic with any discomfort I could have and made me comfortable to start with which definitely helped. Dr Costa was also kind and explained my treatment plan and I was all done, x-rays and cleaning in less than 2 hours! I’m pleased!

I have been a patient of this practice for my entire life. In fact, I am a 3rd generation patient. The entire staff has always been and continues to be awesome!!! I feel like they are like family. I haven’t lived in SI for 30+ years and keep coming back. Dr. Costa even recommended and oral surgeon near my home when I needed a tooth extracted. He was equally as wonderful!
i am so lucky that i took over such an amazing practice and that we have so many long term patients who are willing to come back to see us. that means a lot that you guys still make the trek!
I had my first visit 2 days ago and very please with the services they provided. The staffs are very friendly and the office is nice and clean. Kerri, the hygienist is very nice and did many thing that my previous one didn't do. Dr. Costa is very nice and friendly and did come and check me at the end, he looked into my mouth, tongue, etc. to make sure everything is fine. My previous dentist only did it at the first visit and never see him again after that for many years as a patient. Hopefully this is the usual practice that Dr. Costa does.
I would recommend Randall Manor Dental Care to anyone that is looking to change the dentist.

Chris at the reception desk always has a pleasant greeting for you. Kerry, the dental hygienist is outstanding! She is so friendly and has so much patience with me! She does a great job! And Dr. Costa and Gayle make a great team. Dr. Costa takes the time to tell you about the procedure and he talks to you throughout, explaining what he is going to do.
