Can't put into words how grateful we are for Dr. Raphaelson. He worked with my grandmother after a terrible experience elsewhere, and he treated her like family. Countless hours perfecting her dental work, never once impatient. She's not the easiest patient, but he never showed any frustration. Truly dedicated. Be careful with Dr. Raphaelson. He caused me to lose a front tooth, and I ended up needing a $6,000 implant. He left the tooth vacant for a month with no filling, trying to bleach it, and it broke in half. I could have sued. Young doctor, paid the price for his mistake.

Went for first appointment today and was told they were no longer in network as of August 1st. Made appointment in June when they were in network and was not notified that they left the network. Wasted my time, people take time off of work and use your office specifically because you were in network. Get blasted daily with texts for early openings for appointments available. Couldn't even notify us of the change by text? Unacceptable.

My family's been coming here for over 15 years, and we used to be happy. Lately though, the front office has become really pushy about payments—constant letters, calls, texts, like we're trying to skip out. The dentists and hygienists are still wonderful, but the billing is awful. Today my son got a filling, I paid, and within two minutes they called asking why I hadn't paid. Frustrating.

Honestly the best! My hygiene visit with Sam B was way less intimidating than I thought. Everyone's super knowledgeable and explains things clearly. The dentist was patient with all my questions. Going to the dentist is never on the "I can't wait" to do that list. This was my first appointment and certainly NOT my last. I was really happy with my overall experience. Dr. Todd went over everything with me and explained what he was doing, when he was doing it. A refreshing change from my previous dentist. Lindsay, the dental tech. was friendly, knowledgeable and gentle, made me feel like the whole process wasn't that bad. A big Thank You to both of them. Now all that needs to be done is the elimination of all the sounds, that's what most people can't stand about sitting in the chair. See you guys again in March.
